Extremely good service. A diamond in the rough that is this pilot (pilot staff are great, the location is just busy/poorly designed)

WOW. The two young men working at the front are so friendly and kind. This is a McDonald’s inside of a pilot gas station and I am in utter shock. The black young man with braces greeted me happily and was genuinely sweet. The other young man, hispanic maybe? Looks like a teenager as well. Also just as sweet and courteous. It’s so rare to get this service at fast food restaurants so I had to praise them!!! Please commend these guys and pay them what they are worth. Management is probably doing something right here as well because they seemed to enjoy their jobs!

Order was right and quick , staff was nice. What more can you ask for!

Had an issue with food and service from night shift...talked to a manager this morning and the GM him self very polite and respectful...took care of the issues...they definitely need a night crew like they have a morning crew....way to go you guys....I will give credit where credit is due and the morning crew and the GM and management was amazing

We came through the drive threw and Kyle was the guy who served us he went above and beyond his job and did an amazing job I talked with the manager about him and he was super nice and very proud of his employee I recommend this mcdonalds to anyone and everyone awesome job you guys!!!!!

Employees were having a lot of fun together which always makes me happy. They weren’t screwing off enough where the food quality was bad, but enough that you could tell they were enjoying themselves. My food was hot and fresh and I left happy. There was some cleaning needed in lobby, but overall a pleasant visit

Clean fast and efficient.. Great customer service

At first I got a Big Mac that wasn't complete. I took it in to get another one. The tall young man at the register was great! Friendly and helpful. He called his "boss" who was NOT friendly. She authorized my replacement but never said a word to me. I was not rude or angry just wanted a proper Big Mac. Thank you to the young man, he is why I gave 5 stars!

Very courteous workers and the food was hot and delicious I hadn't eaten McDonald's in a long time because of that experiences but my hash brown and sausage McGriddle was perfect

People are nice place was clean

I've never been to a more professional McDonald's! The staff at this location is always friendly and show that they enjoy their job! My boyfriend has had an order or two messed up in the past but they never have an issue with fixing it. I wish that I could move this location to the city I live in!

We went through the drive through early in the morning before getting on the road. Darlene took our order and gave us our food. She made our morning. She was extremely professional and so sweet. We really appreciate such a bright start to our morning.

Don't do McDonald's much, but wanted a Big Mac. They didn't disappoint. Considering they are attached to a gas station, the building was very clean and employees were friendly and helpful.

The staff seemed to be pretty friendly with each other which was good to see. I've seen staff yell and curse at each other at other locations like this one. Christy took my order today. She's a sweetheart and the order was completed quickly and accurately.

well, they were short staffed when I passed by. No chicken tenders. So, bad work management/inventory. Everyone there, 2 ladies, seemed to be doing the best they could and I appreciate the effort.

Today the food was amazing! Lady was sweet this time too. Sweet tea wasn't the best but neither was Wendy's earlier.

I usually buy my dogs egg/chz biscuits fir a breakfast snack.. I have done it so much, that the lil ole lady who works register just ask me ,, How Many.... I Love That.. That's SERVICE, and with a smile everytime..I give 5Stars because of her...Thank U Mickey D,s....
