Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

We eat at this location often. Food has always been exactly as we ordered. No problems with using the drive through or using their app. Staff is always friendly and polite. We usually have the big zac snack meal. The white cheddar bites are good too !

Food was good and they got our order correct (9 people)! Could have used a few extra napkins and ketchup, but otherwise great service.

Only requirement to get a 5 star review at a fast food joint is to have fast service and good food that is hot and fresh. They done this consistently. Thanks!

This location is one of my favorites. My mom and I wanted to stop in for dinner to take home last night. We were able to use my app to get a shareable app. We also got dinner meals as well. It was a quick process and easy. Audrey was helpful with taking our order and making sure I understood how to redeem free items from points I have on my app. Thanks Audrey keep it up. I will be back. Dinner was good and what we needed on a Friday night. Location, service, and staff are always great here. Thank you all. Keep it up👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾!

The food is always hot and the drive through is fast.

I enjoyed my experience at Zaxbys. My food was very good and the employee named Silas was very helpful in getting my order and overall had a very professional and positive attitude. Employees like this make me want to keep coming back to Zaxbys.

The crew at the brasselton Georgia zaxbys are awesome! They always have a smile on their face even if they are taking my order in the rain! I want to give a special shout out to Lourie, she generally gives me my food and I always appreciate her friendliness professionalism and kindness!

This Zaxby’s is by far the best Zaxby’s around. They are always fast and friendly. And the food is pretty consistent for a Zaxby’s…if only they could make the fries the same every time…

I ordered the grill chicken meal and the wingz and things. The grill chicken 🐔 was very fresh and juicy and the fries were also good. The wings were wonderful and the tenders were good as well. Everything was good and fresh. I'll definitely be coming back to zaxbys.

The Zaxby's at Jefferson Georgia has always been a decent place to eat. The line went quickly although wrapped around the building, the employees were super friendly at the drive-thru, and our food came out hot, fresh, and quick! Around the store with clean, no trash, very happy.

Had good food tonight. Some nights they are not always on top of their game. Was surprised that it was kid's night ( Wednesday) found out after getting home and looking over my receipt a definite plus for that. I had my grandson and he wanted to eat here. Overall it is one of my favorite places to eat at.

The manager of this location is the definition of how all managements should be!! So welcoming and kind!! I always get dirty looks or rude questions when I have my service dog with me, but instead they were so excited to see her and even gave her treats! The staff is also so kind and such good energy.

This is our neighborhood Zaxby's and their service has always been top notch. Alex recently helped us out with a to-go family pack deal for curbside pick up. He and his team had the food boxed and out to is in no time. Food was hot and delicious as always!

Always hot, fresh food. Some of the best "none fast food" in the area that is great food fast! Highly recommend the Black and Blue Salad, Cobb Salad with grilled chicken, no fried onions, or if you want to splurge get the Kicken Chicken sandwich! Excellent!

To be very honest, I have never posted a review unless asked being in the customer service industry. Today is the day where I break the chain. This zaxbys in braselton is the best ran and most hospitable zaxbys I have ever been to! Cheers to mgmt and the front line workers there! Larkin and another lady I have a personable experience with (I cannot remember her name other than it starts with a C) (Maybe Caitlyn) are Phenomenal! Who ever didn’t give this group a 5 stars were probably trying to get free food lol. Anyway, the reason I wrote this is because I get frequent notes on my bad with phrases such as “go out and conquer the day!” How great is that?!! You can tell that the people there actually are enjoying what they do! It is the little things that count today and that made my day! I work very close to there and they will have any of my business that bring me that way! Absolute cheers to the whole team!
