Publix Super Market at Gateway Crossing

This store is always nice and clean. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I bought a 8 piece of their fried chicken since it was on sale today and was pleasantly surprised on how good it was and how large the pieces are. Definitely a way better deal than fast food chains anymore. The BOGO deals are the best around!
My favorite part is not one time have I seen random dogs that clearly are not service animals in this store! The Kroger across the street always has people with filthy non service animals riding around in shopping carts and leaning over the produce and meat sections. Not only is it disgusting it’s against the law! I’m for service animals but not faking them or them riding around in shopping carts. How unsanitary! Keep up the amazing work

We use the upstairs area for meetings. Great way to grab a sub and meet over lunch.

You can sit inside or outside. There is also a couch space if you wanted to have a relaxing moment and read.

Clean, pleasant experience. Dealt with the pharmacy as well. No long line in drive up. They were very helpful and helped get my prescriptions from old pharmacy. Definitely glad I made the change.

I shop in this Publix all the time and continue being pleasantly surprised by the quality and price (after bogo's and discounts, of course). With smart shopping, I always seem to get great value here.

I truly enjoyed a great checkout shopping experience on 10/16/2023. I would like to give a shout out to Mr. Preston who delivered excellent customer service and delighful
conversation, I was tired from a long day of work and this interaction was very refreshing. Keep it up!

Shopping here is very easy and the employees are always nice and helpful. Ordering online and picking up groceries has been easy too. I’ve never had a problem. The seating area upstairs is always clean. I’ve never had a problem with their grab and go section. Definitely recommend shopping here.

The entire store is full of great people, some things cost more some less than the place across the street, but the over all shopping experience is worth a couple extra pennies, I pretty much won't shop anywhere else now because of the people in that store and most Publix I have been in, I hope Publix puts kroger under, no one in that store is as nice and the Publix is laid out better, my biggest thing is the customer service you get from EVERYONE in the store, DON'T EVER CHANGE PUBLIX!

Customer service overall is excellent. Very clean and neat. Shelves are organized and I've never had a problem locating anything. Prices are really good and the deli is wonderful. Food is always fresh. I quit eating fast food after I went to their deli. It's actually cheaper and the food is much better. Hands down my favorite market to shop in the area.

Great experience every time I go in there. I LOVE their fried chicken. It is the very best! I will not get chicken anywhere else! I highly recommend this Publix. Everyone is very helpful and friendly.

Everyone that works here makes the experience wonderful from the pharmacy to the registers this place is all round amazing!

We are out of town and needed some help with our meds. The pharmacy staff bent over backwards to get us out of there. They were fantastic!

This is a newly built location. The store is amazing. They are starting to add an upstair dining area overlooking the store. The store is well set up, so to find items easily.

The employees were very helpful and courtesy. They have now installed self- check out with an employee in waiting if you need assistance.

I can't say anything bad about this location. Next time I go, I'll add pictures.

First time in this new store. Absolutely beautiful! The deli was very nice...lots of options to choose from! Grocery shelves well stocked and several associates available if you needed help! Thank you Publix! We will be back!

In and out for mother in law some flowers. Very clean and neat store. Their flowers were very fresh and perfect for a get well bouquet. Their selection was beautiful and you didn't find dead flowers in any of the arrangements.

I am very happy to see Publix come to Jefferson. It is a very nice store and they have both inside and outside seating where a person can eat. The pharmacist was very helpful and informative when answering my questions about my medications. I also got a shingles shot while I was there. This is the best Publix I have ever been in. Everyone working there has gone out of their way to see that their customers have a great experience.

Very friendly staff especially compared to super markets in California. Plus the sandwiches are amazing.

Friendly employees so helpful Adrianna from up front is the best. She helped me do everything I needed to get done during my visit. Clean store and they keep the shelves stocked.
