Sam's Club Tire & Battery

I love going here! This location is always well stocked, clean and the staff is always friendly. The food is always delicious, and if they are ever out of something or something is broken, they give alternative options. I can get everything I need here all in one go. We usually take family outings here so we can all get everything we need and sometimes things we want! I really love coming here and you can tell the management is great.

The tire department at Sam's Club in Hiram is phenomenal!! The manager, Javone, is always willing to help and answer my questions!! They have great customer service!! I highly recommend Sam's Club in Hiram!!! Definitely the place to go for new tires!!

I needed a car battery, my vehicle wouldn't start without a jump box. Sam's technician sold me the battery and installed it. I was in and out in 20 minutes... Of course I arrived an hour before they closed.. Wow!!

Tire Center Staff went out of there way to assist me with purchase of new tires. Great Tires and minimal time for the install.

The tire department and customer service department are a complete joke. No one ever answers the phone and if they do they say they will page them to answer the phone and your left on hold for 20 min or longer until it hangs up.

I bought 4 tires here. I called back up to ask questions about warranty. After 45 minutes of being placed on multiple holds and being asked to hold over and over again, I just gave up.
