Geek Squad addressed my concern quickly and was able to help three other people at the same time. Cell phone kiosk was super busy, but the brought team members to come a help all four of us. Great shopping experience!

My brother and I had last minute Christmas shopping to do for a notably difficult recipient and Randall Brooks was respectful attentive and had a fountain of great ideas. I work in retail too and can understand with holiday burnout but he was an amazing salesman. Looking forward to future trips to this location for more of his input.

The technician that worked so diligently to get my husband’s phone unlocked was awesome. He was very patient and polite taking his time even though people were waiting. I wish I could remember his name. I tried to buy him lunch but he said he was just doing his job. No, young man… you went above and beyond the job description.

Absolutely the best customer service!!! I bought wrong charger for my phone, brought it back the next day to exchange it & the young man who had rang me up the day before remembered me & stepped right up to help me. Everyone at the Hiram store was above & beyond wonderful! I will most definitely drive past the local Best Buy to shop at this location. Thank you guys!

They do price match, I loved the return service for one of the items which had to be returned. They have good collection of electronics not as big as other stores but has decent collection as compared to kennesaw. The staff specially the return counter employees where helpful

Ordered my item online. It was ready for pickup within hours. Very quick service when you walk in they go straight to the online pickup counter. The gentleman was there retrieve my item I was in there for a total of 15 minutes max.

Received a Best Buy purchased item as a gift, but for the wrong video game system. No receipt was provided at the time of gift giving, and the gift giver does not have a Best Buy account, nor did they use a credit card to make the purchase. This was the perfect storm for me to be in a helpless situation, until Dereck and Julio entered. They were both patient, solution focused, and ultimately found a way for me to be able to leave with the game for the right system. I appreciate their diligence and customer centric skills. I consistently seek out Best Buy for purchases, because of experiences like this.

I was politely greeted at the door and asked if I needed help finding anything I was then directed to the area of the store I was seeking. The assocate near by then asked me if I needed further assistance he offers his advice on the products they sell. And quickly helped me wrap up my purchase thanks I'm sorry I didn't catch both Associates names.

3-7-24 Unfortunately, I had to return HP printer today . I am not sure of the gentleman who helped me, but Wow top notch customer service. Made this whole experience a pleasure. Thank you for the wonderful customer service.

Ordered a Mac on the website and drove an hour to this location to pick up and it was still processing for something that said it was same day pick up. How are you supposed to know Best Buy’s inventory?? I thought this process in general was outdated since you can’t get updates and no one picks up the phone…the store was empty. Wasn’t like they were sooo busy

Sal helped us out though and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of…we paid more for a different laptop but couldn’t do anything about that cuz the app never updated. Which was frustrating.

The customer service was great. I don’t like to shop and prefer to run in and out. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a staff member who directed me right to where the item was. The clerk who checked me out was very friendly and personable.

I went to Best Buy to purchase a new headset for my PC. I was able to find what I wanted quickly. The staff were friendly and professional.

These folks are always so nice. The young lady named Arzoo was very helpful. We had a Apple Pencil that we could not get to work. She found us another one and ordered me a short tripod for my 360 camera that was on sale and had it sent to our house because they did not have one in stock. Thanks for all the help Arzoo and with a smile on your face.

Employees were so polite and helpful. Quick delivery. Order was taken and in couple of days product was delivered. No delays.

Best buy in Kennesaw and Hiram ALWAYS give you as a customer a very Awesome shopping experience, all the knowledge they have about the products and services that they has to offer make my buying experience very good.

Management is doing a great job at keeping their staff working and serving their customers. I could complain about the youth working here, but it's honestly a good as it gets. The last time I picked up something up from here, it took them 30 minute to get it up front. This time was much quicker.

Went in today to purchase appliances and Hunter and Julio were great to work with. Purchasing and scheduling install was quick and easy.
