Such a nice shop with tons of vendor booths! There are so many unique and vintage items for very affordable prices! I have already been twice in two weeks and I still want to go back (I made the mistake of not getting a cart each time and just carrying my items around the store, but maybe that was for the benefit of my wallet haha). My boyfriend even likes going with me because they have cool vintage finds, knives and tools, too! Very friendly staff, as well!

This is a sweet shop, not huge, but not tiny. I went in to look at a booth that my friend just rented. Big mistake. I bought several things while I was there, including a 7' tall hutch! Who does that?? Ha! It's beautiful. I also bought a stunning pair of MCM lamps. I've been looking for a pair like this for years.
The store has a nice variety. They sell paint, new natural/ woodsy decorations, vintage smalls, antique/ vintage furniture, and some clothes (adult). Close to the shopping area off Hwy 278/ Jimmy Lee Smith Pkwy.
Plenty of parking, very kind, knowledgeable staff. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Great variety of items from different sellers all in one place. Everything from hardware to furniture, antiques to modern. Great customer service and even a free coffee bar! New items every visit!

We absolutely love this charming little shop. I wish we had found it sooner. The prices are so reasonable and everything in there is so cute! I stop by once every few weeks and always leave with something. No regrets yet! The staff is super friendly too :)

Great little shop, not too big, not too small! Nicely laid out and fun collections. Staff was friendly and helpful! The items change regularly. Everything from antiques to repurposed. Lots of unique pieces as well!

Its been awhile since we last visited here. I must say they really have made it customer friendly. It is very clean & organized now which is awesome (unlike the last time)
Glad to see this store put in(or finally) using the A/C. They have also expanded since last time. Again nice job & very open for shoppers to walk around. They have some good merchandise from their various vendors. Nice older pieces & refurbished stuff. (just a really good mix now) They really cleaned out the junk stuff. We will be coming back in again soon. Thanks for your hard work to straighten this little shop & make it a pleasure to visit in now.

Great place for unique finds. The assortment of interesting and rare pieces is constantly changing . I also love that I can pick up something gorgeous for a great price. Items for every interest and every room in your house. Don't forget to check out the local treats in the front counter before you go!

This store has expanded to two locations in the strip mall now and has a wide variety of decor and antiques for sale. Some of the booths have pretty reasonable prices and I almost always leave with something. The staff is nice and very helpful. Totally worth a visit!

I bought a lovely curio cabinet. It was a great price. The person checking me out was very nice.

You can always find something fun. Your greeted with coffee and a snack. Every employee is extremely helpful and it's just a great place to shop for something different.

Early this week I order an Gift Card online from Magnolia Market for my sister’s Christmas Gift. I completed the purchase and notice that she received the gift card a few minutes later. When I spoke to her later that night, I told her that I hoped she did not mind getting her gift before Christmas. Her response was what email and what gift? Well, I went back and checked the purchase, and figured out, I had fat fingered her email address.
Got back on line and sent the person who received the gift card an email apologizing for the mistake and asked them not to redeem the gift card. I also sent an email to Magnolia Market explaining what had happen in hopes that they could cancel card and resend the gift card to the correct email address.
A very nice young lady from Magnolia Market Customer Serviced responded later that day stating the card had already been redeemed. The remainder of their response is what blew me away. They apologized to me for the error, and offer me a code so I could re-purchase a gift card at no additional cost. I responded, saying the error was mine and they should not feel obligated to replace the gift card. Again, thanking them for their offer.
Carrie form Magnolia Market responded: “We really would love for you to use the code provided for a new gift card for your sister”
This type of customer service and commitment to customer satisfaction is very rare today. It sounds like their business plan was not taken from a traditional world view point. But from a view point that is more eternal in nature. All they wanted was for this customer to be happy & satisfied.
I think this is a lesson we can all benefit from: stop looking to place fault or blame and just offer help.
To me this speaks volume about the company and its founders, Chip & Joanne Gaines. They talk the talk and walk the walk.
