Ben's Hobby Computers

In the past 6 months I have bought 4 computers. I only had an issue with one and they were prompt about fixing it. I will only buy from them from now on. They are great people who look after their customers. I couldn't ask for a better company for my computers. They are very reasonable priced.

They have great customer service. I go here all the time to get me and my family laptops fix. Never had no problem with the computers I buy from them. I 100% recommend them.

I had a gaming tower custom built by Justin and he did an amazing job!! I absolutely love it. I’ve taken a laptop up that was slowing down and had pop ups every time I turned it on, they were able to fix whatever the problem was and even saved any data I needed saved. I couldn’t be more happy with them letting me know everything they were doing the price was GREAT and they were friendly the entire time!! THANK YOU!!

I highly recommend Ben’s Hobby Computers for computer repairs. I took a computer to them and when I got back to my office, it ran for a few minutes then stopped again. Justin quickly got another one of my towers repaired and running then applied my first payment to that tower. That’s true customer service. I have dealt with both Zebulon and Griffin and have had positive experiences each time. They are honest and fair prices too! Shop small businesses!!

I have purchased many computers from this company and I have never had an issue getting the help I need if I can not figure something out. If I ever have issues with any item I purchase the owner Ben ALWAYS makes sure he makes it right! The staff is amazing and Justin is a computer wizard! Great prices & great customer service. I have bought all my computers there for years. If I ever need help, they are always willing to help me quickly and usually they will walk me through my issue on the phone but if I need to bring it in for some sort of repair, I always get it back very quickly, sometimes the same day! I highly recommend Ben’s Hobby Computer in Zebulon. Did I mention, they are very competitive on their prices!

Very dedicated and committed to treating all customers the same. Excellent & friendly customer service. They work very hard to please their customers either helping them purchase the right computer for their needs and budget or repairing their system if possible. They will also take your old system as a trade in, if you decide to purchase. Besides numerous contributions to their county, they show their appreciation by giving back to their customers by donating a free computer almost monthly. See their website for details. Ben took my old Windows 7 and brought it back to life with Windows 10 He added solid state to make it run twice as fast! A lot less expensive than buying a brand new one. It was quick turnaround, too!!

My laptop wouldn't load after a windows update so I called Ben and he said he would diagnosis the problem with no charge. Before I called Ben, I allowed another guy to work on my laptop who doesn't specialize in computer repair but said he could fix it. Big mistake!!! He kept my laptop for a week and couldn't fix it and said I would need a new laptop. I work for myself and very dependent on my laptop so I was extremely stressed out. I took my laptop to Ben on Saturday and within hours he restored my computer and was able to retrieve all my documents and pictures all for a great price. Also he installed something that makes my laptop run so much faster which has made my life so much easier. I am so grateful to Ben and his son Justin and Crystal (I think that's her name). I will always go to them for any computer issues and possible buy a new one from them in the future.
