I took my grandson and it was late. The staff there were wonderful!

Edit: has slowly gone down hill over the past 6 months. Different times during the day, the inside tables and floors are nasty. 2 or 3 customers total, and new employees stand behind the counter and talk and laugh. No cleaning going on. Sat at the drive thru for 7+ minutes after being asked to hold for a minute and then the employee laughed when I asked if I could order. They forgot I was there. Probably lost a customer. Go to Big Chic instead. You will enjoy it much better.

Very friendly people work here. The fried pickles are great when cooked right the last 2 times haven't been cooked right. Last time they were to oily and this time way over done to crunchy to eat. Sorry ya'll but great service. UPDATE....today fried pickles was GREAT thanks ya'll.

I liked it the building looks very nice alot better than my local zaxby's franchise food was good. However the napkin dispenser machine near the area you fix your drink is incredibly hard to get napkins out of.

The food and customer service are always great at this location. The only downside is when there's a long line and wait, but it only happens at certain times and every fast food chain has that problem. You get an abundance of great quality food that is definitely worth the prices. Go at times when there's no long line and wait and you'll have a superb experience.

We've been to this location 3 times. Two of those times my cup had a hole in it. All three times the service was amazing. So was the food. The holes were NOT their fault. So beware the leather destroying holes. This could happen to you. 👍👍👍👍👍🤔👍😄

Well I work here. I've worked here for a good while now enough to say I'm pretty experienced with the place. The environment is great, even if the music in the bathroom makes you feel a little awkward since it's so quiet. But the whole restaurant is laid out easily to get around, and food is prepared at a good speed while maintaining quality. Chicken is hand breaded, salads are hand cut, and most food items are prepped every day. It's a genuinely good eat, even if it's a little pricey sometimes, it's worth it. Wide drink selection (they have those real nice coke machines), differing food items. Anything from a simple chicken sandwich all the way up to a Cobb salad or a Cajun club sandwich (which is amazing,) and goodness knows how much different things you can ask for on certain items. Non-buttered toast, lightly or no season on fries, changing whatever sauce you want on anything that comes with any kind of sauce, it's a great place and I love working for them.

This franchise is absolutely customer oriented. The salads we had were wonderful and large. The service was out of this world. Management is extremely responsive. Call ahead worked great. People were very pleasant.

Fast and friendly

Was out in Thomaston for the weekend hunting, and came back to camp really late one night. Instead of trying to fire up the grill and nearly 8:00 PM, we took a trip into town for Zaxby's and honestly? It was great.

Zaxby's has great food, hearty meals, and a great variety of flavors to enjoy. We swung into the drive through, ordered our meals, and were flying back to camp ready to eat in minutes.

If you are in the area and looking for a meal, Zaxby's is a pretty great place to stop, in my opinion!

Stopped here to grab lunch on a trip. Quick service, good food, and seriously, the cleanest bathrooms I've seen in a restaurant in a really long time.

Absolutely the best and friendliest staff of any Zaxby's I have visited. Not to brag on another chain, but I think they were trained by Chick Fil A. They were that good.

Things definitely have improved here lately . Salads aren't scarce , orders are more accurate , food is fresh. Much needed improvement.

We got a bunch of wings and a Zax snack. We went through the driver thru. Or order was complete, correct, and didn't take too long. We had good service@the window. I'd go back again.

Love the call ahead features through the app. Drive thru was wrapped around the building....they walked out and we didnt wait.

Only downside you cannot select plain chicken fingers in wings and things. But we called and they got it exactly as we wanted
