I am surprised by the horrible reviews for this pharmacy. I have been patronizing this location for several years and NEVER, EVER had one problem with their customer service. The techs have always been super nice and most helpful! Also, the best time to call them is in the early morning if you are complaining on being on hold for so long. This is very busy location. I pickup prescriptions on my way to work so fortunately for me there is either no line or one or two cars at the drive thru. Any pharmacy around lunch time or early or late afternoon is the worse! Try Walmart, their customer service is awful they are not at all customer service friendly! And the same with Kroger. I've been to all of them and CVS has been the best. Sure, there are times when I picked the wrong time to pick up a prescription or call and realize what time it is! So be patient. They are doing their best! Also, I love the rewards I get with each prescription filled. So cool your jets or just go to one of the other pharmacies I mentioned above. Good Luck with them! And BTW, I am not an employee leaving a good rating. I am a satisfied customer and appreciate them.

I came to this location for the first time because I wanted to get the newly released COVID booster. The checkin process was very quick and efficient. I don’t know if this store is brand new, but it sure looked like it on the inside. They offered a lot of services that I don’t usually see at other CVS locations like assistance with mental health and sleep screenings. There was also a secured bin to dispose of old medications, which was nice. This location is not the closest for me, but it did have a lot of nice amenities.

ThIs location is the only pharmacy that I could find that still has a free blood pressure reading machine, and I am so very thankful and grateful! I neded a reading for my doctor's appointment, and this location saved the day! Thanks CVS!

If you rate below 5 you are a true ignorant person this is the best pharmacy to much to say in such little time but I love you i appreciate you all from staff to the pharmacists yall rock, you all are beyond incredible and please I hope you all ignore these people that can’t figure out life enough to be happy or pleased. Nothing but hire more people like Brennan at the Hiram store he is a wonderful person and has excellent synergy! My family and I love this store because of people like him!

Been a loyal customer for many years and I have never had a bad experience with this pharmacy until Monday when my Rx was lost just to find out more than 24hours later, it was right there filled. Somehow, the floater pharmacists couldn't find it but a day later, within a matter of minutes of my arrival, Karl, the was able to look in the computer and determine its precise location. Having had extensive dental work, I suffered needlessly. Still I am thankful for Karl and Doug, the store manager, going out of there way to get me my medications and to demonstrate how truly sorry they were for that horrible experience. They both showed impeccable integrity and professionalism...apologized with no excuses and took care of me. That is why I will continue to patronize this store... because the leadership here superb.

Staff was great, store clean, no wiat to check out

Yes, wait times on the phone can be long, but there are a lot of sick people and the demands are so high there are just not enough staff to meet the demands. Yes, there are a lot of "bodies" in the pharmacy, but everyone has a unique role and everyone is always doing something for someone. Yes, it can be overwhelming when you have five people in the drive thru and five people on line, all needing to drop off or pick up a prescription. And let's not forget about that one individual, who has a question about an over-the-counter medication and need assistance immediately.

I can only imagine working in such an environment; it must be tough. The detail that goes into ensuring that the right medication with the correct dosages are filled, the care that is given when medication side effects have to be explained, and the love you feel when the counter person puts a prescription discount card on your account for all those medications that your insurance company does not cover.

I was overwhelmed yesterday and when I went to check out, Mina told me that my prescription was not covered under insurance and the amount she gave me, almost gave me a heart attack. However, Mina, went through her resources and found me a discount card, which provided a 80% discount. I was breathing again!!!! She provided excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision making skills during the first 45 seconds of me being at her window.

It was not her job to find me a discount for my medication, but because of her love for the job and the people she serve, she went above and beyond, and for that I am grateful! Kudos to you MINA!!! And a great big kudos to the CVS Pharmacy on Charles Hardy Parkway in Dallas, GA. You guys ROCK!!!

Penny who works at the desk in the Clinic is the best! She has wonderful customer care skills.
She recently assisted me with a problem and I found her to be I patient, knowledgeable, and kind. CVS is fortunate to have her.

Justin, Mike, and Damond are the best! Chelby is a very nice cashier at CVS!

At no fault to the employees, my photo order was messed up. An employee that went by the name of Justin went above and beyond to be extraordinarily helpful with the process of my reorder. I had my 2 year old with me and everyone could tell she was being restless and making me walk her around the store. Justin offered to come and find me when my order was ready. He should definitely receive some sort of recognition for being so wonderful.

Pharm was quick and friendly @ 5am. Thank you for being open!

I like this store a lot! They have a good variety of unusual items you find in a big drugstore. There's a little stand of jewelry I like, big selection of greeting cards and it's always clean. Best of all is their coupons and the "Extra Bucks" that show up on your receipt.

Love CVS! Best service from the Pharmacy from Pharmacist Carl. Carl is always kind, professional and helpful! My wife Amanda and I use this Pharmacy because Carl has given us the best service around! He should be recognized for his amazing service!

This is the best CVS around town!! Very helpful, greet you at the door everytime you walk in or out, ask if they can help you find anything, even though every isle lists whats on it! Been coming to this CVS after work 3-4 times a week, DEBRA is the best!! Mike and Matt the store mgr"s are also very nice men! This store is always super clean and easy to find whatever you may need! I love this store and its open 24hrs! :)

There is this guy named ray and he was the only pharmacist here at 12 am!!! He was super fast nice and made sure that everyone was acknowledged and let everyone know that it wouldn't be long! He is the best guy in this place! He loves his job and it shows! Companies need to be more appreciative of him! Not many ppl care about there job and others too!!!!

I've been taking my scripts here for a yr. They are a 24 hr pharmacy and are usually very busy. Mostly I have had good experiences and polite employees. Dealing with anything "health related" is frustrating. My current doctor has started using trial and error instead of actual lab work and tests and I've had to push her to actually do her job. I've been feeling like she doesn't give a crud. It's my LIFE for pete's sake!! (trying to keep it clean). Finally last week my doctor prescribed a medication that I absolutely have to have but costs $750 a month!! I am transitioning insurances right now. Last week I spoke with a cvs tech (Phyllis?)who explained that my ins needed a prior auth to cover it and she sent a fax to my dr's office. She went thoroughly and cheerfully through the process with me so I could understand. Her customer service was excellent and it was nice to deal with someone that cares. I called my doc right away to make sure they got the fax to send to ins. My doc's front office staff were rude to me but confirmed that they got it. Today I get a call from my doc's front office girl saying that because my ins transitioned over the weekend that they cant send the prior auth because my doc doesnt take my new ins. I said "what does my doc taking it got to do with anything?" Their answer was that ins only will accept the Pa from an in-network doc. I then said "but you got the fax last week and could of sent it then!" they again were really rude, blew me off and did nothing to try and fix the situation or offer samples until this could be remedied. Needless to say I was really upset. How can I afford $700 a mth?? So, I called CVS and spoke with Alicia and asked if I could buy a couple tablets at a time? She said yes then asked me to hold. (I was like- Oh gawd what now?!) When she came back she said she had re-ran the script on my current ins and tacked on a disc savings card and the new cost is THREE DOLLARS for A MONTH!! I was speechless. $700 to $3. I started to cry. Besides my doctors office lately,I have dealt with a LOT of incompetent morons who couldn't give a crud less about their jobs. Alicia actually cared enough to look into it more and try and help. She may have just saved my life. I know that sounds dramatic but it's true. Thank you Alicia (and Phyllis too) Customer service and pride in your work made a small and large part of my life better ...and I don't even know you!!
