Best dentist in the area.

I've always had a great experience going here. The front desk staff are always nice and helpful. The semi-annual cleanings are great. And Dr. Brown has always been really nice and helpful.

She fixed up my front tooth after a cleaning when I asked her about it. It really made a big difference and it didn't take much time at all.

I've recently been visiting here more often, about once a month, after I got Invisalign. It was a really good price and her and her staff have been super helpful throughout the whole process.

I'd recommend Dr. Brown to anyone looking for a dentist in the area.

Dr. Brown and her staff (Shona, Becca and her receptionist) were all fantastic! I had my first tooth pulled and a bridge put in and I nearly fell asleep in the chair. They were all accommodating, friendly and professional! I would highly recommend them!

Dr. Brown and her sweet assistant were great listeners as well as very thoughtful during an extraction this morning. The assistant held my hand as they both spoke to me in order to keep me calm. I'll definitely schedule any other dental needs in the future.

I could never imagine that a visit to the dentist would be a pleasant experience, but Dr. Brown an her staff have a way of making it so. They are friendly, accommodating, efficient and professional. I would enthusiastically recommend their services to anyone.

Let me start off by saying that I am a disabled individual & that my case manager witnessed this interaction. I had started seeing Dr Brown last fall. When I 1st saw them, I made sure that they knew I needed to be given the nitrous gased at every appt due to anxiety, panic attacks & trauma from past dentists. And I even made sure to pay in advance b/c they said my insurance wouldn't pay for it. But when I showed up for my cleaning today, they said that they don't give gas for cleanings & that I would have to reschedule. I was pretty upset BUT I was NOT yelling, cursing or being rude; just in tears & trying to understand WHY when I had already paid for the gas so they knew that I needed it, that I was having to reschedule. We were in the process of rescheduling my appt but they couldn't get me in for another 3 months, which was adding to my stress. We were almost done when Dr Brown came up there yelling at me & threatening to call the police. I told her that I wasn't yelling at her & asked why she was yelling at me & threatening to call the police just for me crying. I am a disabled person & luckily I had my case manager with me so he witnessed this. I was basically told that I was a liar & they didn't owe me a refund for the gas that I did NOT receive (after the receptionist had already stated that there was a credit due to my insurance paying for the gas AND my already paying for it as well) & that I needed to leave & not return. I would NOT recommend this dentist to anyone, but especially not to anyone who has trauma from past dentists or anyone that is disabled b/c they do not have any empathy or compassion for people with past trauma, anxiety or disabilities..

Dr. Brown is super sweet but I just do not care for some of her staff that is utterly rude and inconsiderate when calling to make appointments or ask questions. They have "good prices" on some services so I may go back. Honestly, I just plain dread talking to some of the staff( Not Kristi she is great) and condensing rude tone and attitude that is not great for the soul. Just to be able to see Dr. Brown and save a few bucks. Its utterly disappointing but Dr. Brown is great just not overall management/staff.

I called at 3:47 and the friendly young lady said it would be March 27th before they could fix my denture, 13 days away. I said that I would try to get it fixed sooner somewhere else because one of the front teeth had fallen out of the upper denture and was lost and it was hard to remember not to smile at people! She said Ok. At 4:42, after having no luck elsewhere, I called back to get that appointment on the 27th of March. Well, the friendly person must have been indisposed because her evil twin answered this time and was 100% the opposite of the first girl. I explained that I had called earlier and was told I could get the appointment on the 27th but tried elsewhere because of the two week wait and she didn’t like that I had inquired elsewhere one bit! She announced enthusiastically, “Well our first opening is in May. I ended up hanging up on her! Rude doesn’t even come close!!!
