Seeger Toyota Service Center

I bought my first car through Seeger and have been getting it serviced there as well. David has always been wonderful to me. He makes sure I understand everything and doesn’t come off condescending when I ask questions. He makes me feel empowered about the decisions I make regarding my vehicle maintenance. If you’ve had issues with other people, then try David because he is the guy, in my opinion.

I have had only good experiences with Seeger Service and have purchased 5 vehicles from them over the years. Would use them more for repairs but have a very competent mechanic in Kirkwood close to my homevI've used for nearly 30 years. Sometimes my mechanic actually recommends I have a procedure performed by Seeger.

We recently had our 2011 Sequoia serviced at the Olive location. We were extremely pleased with the service that we received — very professional and very timely.
Much appreciation to Mark Gallagher for keeping us so well informed along the way and also to Travis the technician for working very hard to complete the necessary repairs & maintenance without having to order additional parts and arriving at solutions that saved us both time and money.
Thank you again Mark G. & Travis for taking such excellent care of our beloved Sequoia and also for taking care of us as your customers all at the same time!

My guys at Seeger ToYota Service Center are second to none! I bought my car in January of 2018 and they have been taking care of me like family since. David Rowald is my favorite! He makes sure I am up to date and prepared for what is coming up next for my cars maintenance. I can call him with any question that I may have in the interim and he is always happy to assist. But it doesn’t stop there, is the entire team. I had an issue with an emergency response team and Alan and the guys had my best interest in getting my car repaired and everything documented so that I could get the company responsible to reimburse me! This team is amazing! I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone! Thanks Guys!

My car had an oil leak problem which was Seegers fault. When I called to inform them of the problem they told me to bring the car in right away, fixed the problem and compensated me another service which I certainly didn’t expect. I am a highly satisfied customer!

Jim Buck and Mark Gallagher worked tirelessley with our insurance complany for the repairs on our Toyota Tundra. They worked very hard to get our truck back in a timely manner and went above and beyond to make sure all repairs were completed to our satification. If we ever need services again we will be taking our truck to Seegar. The professionalism and kidness was outstanding and appreciated.

I bought a car here years ago from John. Seegar AMAZING! While I don't remember my car searching things from the first time, I have been in the market this past week looking to get a reliable car. My wife and I went to 3 different places including here and let me just say, it's a night and day difference from the others and here. John has made everything easy and painless as we are making one of our biggest purchases together as a couple and I couldn't be happier. Next week we will be walking out with a Good, Reliable Car. Not to mention everyone else is super nice here too but John deserves an award. Best guy to buy your cars from for sure and we will buy more in the future because of our visits here.

EDIT: I would also like to point out that when we picked up the car John was out of town and we were referred to Quinn. Quinn was also Amazing! He helped us get into our car and made the transition as smooth as possible.
About a month later I did one of my complimentary Oil Changes and it went super smooth. Quick timing and I had even forgotten to call ahead of time. Got me In and Out and were very reliable and trustworthy. Also did a normal service check on the vehicle for me while I was there.
I will always take my Cars here for Service!

I went in configure Toyota mechanical issue. After running a diagnostic they told me what the problem was but decided that it was too early to change anything because it may or may not have fixed the problem, which I could appreciate. They also told me that my front brakes were pretty bad, and replaced those as well. My oil change was also due at the time of service.

The staff was very friendly and courteous, and they offer a shuttle service within 6 miles of the shop so we didn't have to hang out there the whole time. I can also appreciate the fact that they kept us posted after the problem and how long it would take to fix it.

All in all, I give Seeger Toyota five stars for customer service because they really care about to customers and their well-being.

Outstanding experience. Jim’s service department is professional, efficient, fast and friendly. Highly recommend the. 4th time here for routine scheduled maintenance on our Prius. Couldn’t be more please with Dave and company!

Our experience at Seeger Toyota has always been excellent. Our Service advisor, Dave Meier Asst. Service Manager, is always very thorough in insuring my wife's Hilander is performing perfectly and safely. I worked in the Auto Dealer business for over 30 years (10+ with Toyota) and consider Seeger Toyota one of the best run dealerships I have dealt with.

We were stranded overnight when out HONDA minivan broke down, near St Roberts (wife and six kids in the car), on our way to a lake vacation. Car was towed to Seeger for service, on recoomendation of a friend who lives nearby.

Evan and Mark and the entire service staff at Seeger Toyota were AMAZING. They got us into the shop first thing the next morning (although they were busy), and took great care of us the entire time!! They got the van fixed and kept us updated with great communications throughout the process.

Would not hesitate to use them for service again. Great people.

Have gone here for all of my car services and it’s simply the best. They keep me updated on fluids, tires and everything each visit. The staff there is professional but also personable. Love seeing my man David Meier everytime I show up. Always good conversation/ service and he has some of the beat shoe game I’ve ever seen. Keep up the good work!

Excellent experience at Seeger Toyota. Tyler N. in the service department was amazing. Visiting St. Louis in for a quick trip from out of town, Tyler was able to get me scheduled, checked in, and had my vehicle serviced faster than any place I’ve ever been. He was knowledgable on the service needed, kept me updated on the progress and quickly had me on my way. Check him out, you will not be disappointed.

They are prompt with their service department, and they don't try to sell you anything you don't need. Their waiting area is nice - they put on good TV shows and give you a complementary bottle of water. It is also nice that with a new or used car, you get 3 "Seeger Care" appointments, which include 3 free oil changes, car washes, and multi-point inspections. 🚗✨

I came in to Seeger toyota to purchase a few parts for my 2017 Toyota Camry. I was greeted in a quick friendly manner by a man named Tony. I explained to Tony what I needed and he quickly and efficiently got me what I needed. I actually saw him physically run down to another building because he didn’t have the parts I needed in the main office. Out of all the dealerships I’ve taken my car to, the customer service and speed at Seeger Toyota would have to be the best I’ve ever experienced. I later found out that Tony is the parts manager. He is very knowledgeable and fast. It’s a shame I can only give out 5 stars because Seeger’s parts department deserves 10 stars. Thank you for everything. I will be returning for all my future repairs.

This is a compliment for David Meier of your Service Department. I came in for an Emissions Test as I had purchased my vehicle leased through Seeger Toyota. I also knew I had to have my oil changed. Mr. Meier looked at my profile and found an unused oil change he said I could use. He also had the tires rotated for me at no cost, and threw in a free car wash. Service Advisors like David Meier are why I maintain my loyalty to Toyota.

Kent was super helpful with my first car purchase! Loved the car he presented, the service he provided along with everyone else at Seeger was top notch and will definitely be coming back for future purchases! He helped me purchase a fantastic car at a great price!

Kent was very informative and helped my daughter understand everything she was purchasing in the vehicle she bought. He was honest and sincere and is truly an asset to Seeger Toyota dealerships. Greg (finance) made everything understandable and easy for my daughter and made sure she got the best rate.

The customer service was amazing, and they got my car in an out. I don’t feel like they pushed more than I needed to do; they just did the maintenance I was scheduled to have done. I will definitely return.
