Edgewood Pools & Spas

Just purchased a new home in Lely Resorts and Edgewood Pool & Spa was recommened. Luis Beas came to assess my pool, he gave me his opinon of the pool. I needed a new pool filter. Mr. Beas called me 15 mins before the appointment to let me know he arrived, replace the filter and called me after job was completed. He was a professional and I would highly recomened this company and Luis Beas.

My wife and I have bought several pools here throughout the years and their customer service has been amazing, I highly recommend buying a pool, spa or anything you would need to keep them maintained . We've had or current 18 ft round pool for the past 10 years with no issues .

Very helpful in getting my pool water balanced. I brought a water sample, they tested it and told me what I needed to get the job done. Thanks!

needed a part for my above ground filter . after long weekend of searching the web for the part finally I gave up and called this place. they not only went their way to help find the right part but they actually had the part!! thank you guys!

Very friendly staff. I needed a new 18 x 33 pool. Edgewood only installs round pools.

I got here at 4:58 and they were closed. Sign says they close at 5pm. Last time I tried to shop here, I got here at 10:10am and they were not open yet, even though they open at 10am. This is why people shop on Amazon.

*** Reply to Edgewood's response: I was not late, you closed early. I arrived PRIOR to your posted closing time.

Call someone in the office great lady gave me some information. When I sent my husband there to speak with someone the guy he spoke with was arrogant and just rude.

Bought our hot tub from them had a leak fixed by them a couple of years ago and everything was fine till the same hose leaked again. called and Steve came and looked at it and said he would go back to the shop and order parts to fix it. That was in March. After calling them 4 different times I haven't heard back. i would never buy anything from them again or recommend them to anyone.

Called for a hot tub install estimate. Took over a week for a guy to come and check out the property. The guy seemed real disinterested, not very friendly. Told us he would call back within a few days with the the quote. 2 weeks later, still no word. We called and spoke with the secretary, said she would relay the message, and still no call back.

Don't waste your time like we did ours. AVOID
