Trustworthy and terrific service! We moved my elderly Mom from VA to FL with Regency and were incredibly pleased with our overall experience with them. Cliff was patient and easy to work with, and he gave us an accurate estimate from the start. The communication pre-move was great from their office, and they answered our specific questions. The packers did a great job in VA and the movers were hard-working, strong, kind and so very respectful to my Mom and us! Excellent experience overall, from start to finish! Mr. Krug came out prior to the move and gave us a fair estimate, and then on moving day everyone showed up on time and ready to go! I'm retired military with over 12 moves. They gave me a great price and performed beautifully. The owner did the estimate in my house and maintain perfect communication through out the move. I even had to postponed the move once due to a delayed closing on the new house. They accommodated me without a hitch. Workers showed up right on time, did everything I asked them to and more.

Regency moved my mother quickly, safely and with the upmost care. Cliff was very responsive and answered all my questions with detail.

We hired Regency to move us from Northern VA to Richmond. They packed one day: we did a lot of advance packing, but they packed our kitchen and lamps and artwork. The next day they loaded and also went to a nearby storage unit to collect those items. The next day they arrived in Richmond and unpacked. They took apart and reassembled our beds and placed all furniture where we wanted. They were extremely helpful, friendly, and hard-working. I cannot recommend them enough.

We have used Regency moving for three moves over a span of 10+ years, and I would not hesitate to use them again with a future move or recommend them to friends and family. From the initial scheduling phone call, estimate visit, and move everyone we interacted with was very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Our most recent move involved a partial move on two separate dates a month apart. Both days, the moving crew (which was mostly the same crew) was punctual and extremely hard working. They were efficient and constantly on the move while at the same time being extremely cautious with our items and paying attention to which items went with which move. The best part is we received this excellent service at a very reasonable price!

Regency moved our home from West Springfield to the Shenandoah Valley in June. Cliff came out to our house in advance, and we walked through each room, talking about exactly what was being moved, and he got back to me right away with an estimate. We packed our own items, so we didn't have to utilize that service. The movers arrived on the designated day and time (very punctual) and they were extremely careful both with our items and making sure not to damage any walls or doorways of our home. It took about four hours for them to load the truck. Then they met us out at our home the next morning, bright and early, and did a great job of getting things unloaded and moved into the correct place, again being very careful not to hit any walls or doorways. I appreciated their punctuality, professionalism and care in which they treated our things. I would highly recommend Regency Moving and Storage!

Flawless from start to finish with Regency. Cliff came by and gave us a quote for our move and the gentlemen were amazing the day of! They were on time and got everything moved out and into our new place with no damages and completed earlier than scheduled. The value was great and I would recommend Regency for anyone looking to move.

Regency Movers did an EXCELLENT job for us - a 10 out of 10. Cliff provided the most incredible customer service. He was calm - he made it look easy and was very responsive to all of my questions and emails. He followed through on every aspect of the move. It was a cross country move - from Virginia to Texas -and we were moving from a home that we had been in for over 20 years - he took a lot of stress off of the move by being so accommodating and for doing what he said he would do. I was so pleased that we went with a local mover and not one of the big shops. The crew that packed us up and unpacked were wonderful - on time, handled all of our things with great care. They even arrived a day early in Texas -- which was a pleasant surprise for sure. Can't say enough good things about Regency Movers -- they are the best!

Regency provided a great experience from start to finish during what is otherwise. Very stressful time. The packing crew was careful and very efficient. The movers and drivers did a terrific job and even agreed to work on Sunday to enable us to move into our new location the next day. Can recommend Regency without question!

I have nothing but the utmost compliments to Regency as part of our 4 moves over 15 months. During the moves from house to townhouse and then to the final house, as well as two moves into and out of storage, the Regency team did a very, very good job. They were punctual, careful and professional with all of our furniture and household items. During two of the moves we encountered rainy weather; and the team, having thought ahead, had extra coverings for both moving items as well as the floors/carpets. They used extra care with all items, as if they were their own. I would definitely use them again without question and would most strongly recommend them for anyone needing moving services.

Regency Moving did a wonderful job of helping me plan and execute my two-step move. They were reliable, on time, and always professional. I had half of my home packed up and stored for a month while I listed the home for sale and then had them pack up the remainder of the house and move both the stored items and non-stored items sent to my new home. The entire move was seamless. I never want to move again, but if I do, I will certainly use Regency again.

Regency did a first-rate job on my complex move during the pandemic. The packers and movers wore masks and gloves and handled my belongings carefully. Most items went to my new home but some were sent to storage. Everything went smoothly from estimate and scheduling to packing and moving. The owner Cliff's professional approach was reassuring, and the crews were easy to work with. I would definitely use again.

I have used Regency twice over the past 3 years for pretty major moves (requiring 2 large trucks) and they have been fantastic both times. I highly recommend them. In fact, I will be using their services again next summer when I move to my new house! They are on time, professional, and reasonably priced. Great management and team of movers.

We hired Regency in January to move our home after we bought a new one. They packed all of our dishes and kitchen items for us on one day and then packed the entire house (and a piano) moved it and unpacked it on the very next day. They placed every item in whatever room we wanted. Very professional and courteous for a reasonable price. We'll definitely use them again.

Regency came thru for me when I had a last minute move August 2021. From booking to post-move follow up, everyone provided excellent customer service. The gentlemen who assisted with my move were prompt, courteous, and very good about communicating with questions or concerns throughout the move. I had a LOT of stuff to move from a large SFH to a much smaller SFH and they were very patient and stayed later into the evening to ensure everything was done to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Regency. Pricing is competitive and the work ethic is impressive.

This has by far been the best moving experience of my life... I booked this company to move me from hampton roads to northern va.. I was given an ETA between 830am-9am. 9am came and they weren't here yet so I called Cliff who directed me to the office number. I was told that they were running late because of an accident on I-95 and that they probably wont be there until 10am. This is totally understandable.. this NOVA traffic is awful.. turns out they actually got to my place at 9:20am!! I was pleasantly surprised. As soon as they got here they got directly to work and had me packed up in less than 3 hours. The workers names were Alex, Lopez and Charlie ( Mrs. Karina Ramirez, thank you for giving me their names again). we were on the road and headed to NOVA before noon. When they got to my apt in NOVA they had me all moved in within 3 hours, despite the obstacle of the distance between the elevator and my apt not being as close to each other as my apt in Hampton Roads.. I saw this as a huge obstacle, especially with the way my new apartment building is.. they weren't able to really get the moving truck close, and on top of that we were only able to use a certain elevator for moving, which was another unforeseen inconvenience being that their was a closer elevator to my apartment door right in the lobby.. but despite all of this, these gentlemen had a wonderful system set up and they promptly got all of my stuff moved into my apartment in about 3 hours... I was simply amazed and beyond pleased... Cliff, the first individual of Regency I talked to and who gave me an estimate, was very professional and always responded back to me directly and promptly with any concerns I had... even when I told him the move was going to be bigger than I anticipated.. he told me that it wouldn't be a problem and it wasn't!! Karina Ramirez was absolutely wonderful with responding back to the numerous inquiries I had via email.. Karina and Cliff thank you so much... ALSO... a very important thing I have to mention is that the movers did not break or damage ANYTHING... it was a flawless, perfect move and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.. the only regret I have is not giving Alex, Lopez and Charlie bigger tips due to me not having that much cash on me... Hopefully when I choose Regency again I will get the same movers and I will have a chance to make up for it.. so once more, Karina, Cliff, Alex, Lopez, and Charlie, thank you so much for everything from the bottom of my heart.. you guys made a very stressful day so much easier!!

We used Regency for a local move in December 2020 and were very happy with our experience. The cost was significantly less than other estimates, but we got as good or better service. Other moving companies charged extra to take apart beds, for example, but it was all included with Regency. Our moving day was a terribly rainy day, but the Regency crew handled it well. They put down carpet protectors and took care to wrap every piece of furniture and then unwrap and carefully put everything together in our new house. I don't know how they fit our exercise equipment into the basement, but they did! The crew always wore masks when inside the houses and were really kind and helpful. We had used Regency for a previous move in 2003, and we'll use them again if/when we move again!
