I tried to Tip Emily in the window today she was SO sweet! She told me I couldn’t tip baristas if I didn’t put the money in an envelope with their name on it. Who’s got envelopes stocked in their car? GIVE THAT SWEET GIRL A RAISE 🖤🤌🏽

Was on a road trip and stopped here. The service was beyond exceptional. Hayden took my order, was extremely helpful and kind and had an amazing attitude. An older gentleman brought our food order to our table and was just so kind. I wish I had gotten his name as well!

Love the speed of the employees at this location. They have decent food available. The atmosphere is old style in comparison to newer store. Yet they do have a large seating area outside. Order the coffee and be content. I live the frozen espresso.

We've never had an issue, maybe a wait but that's not necessarily a bad thing for them.they seem to keep the line moving and so far have been friendly and good at their jobs.

I love to treat myself to a Frappucinno from Starbucks! Super friendly staff, wide variety of flavors to choose from, delicious coffees!!!

The gentleman with the dark hair was such a good service. Didn’t catch his name but he surely put his whole bussy into my drink!

I’ll preface by saying that I go to Starbucks in my home town every single day and order the same thing- a peppermint mocha Frappuccino andmocha cookie crumble Frappuccino. On our way to NOLA, we stopped here and I ordered our usual drink. When we tried them, it was literally the worst drinks we’ve ever had made from a Starbucks. It was so bad. They remade my drink, and the second attempt wasn’t much better. After my fiancé talked to them about it, he discovered that the sweetener they were using was not what normal Starbucks use. So they made my drink for the 3rd time and his for the second. And it was absolutely perfect! They were so nice about figuring out what was wrong and remaking the drinks for us. So my advice is go back to the normal sweetener used, but keep up with the amazing customer service!

I need to keep the straws separate from the drinks when they give it to you

You want a hot, cold or even blended coffee? Come to this Starbucks. Their people are so patient with your order. I say that because my wife can come up with some very complex coffees. Who knew coffee could be articulated the way these people combine all the right things to make your day just that much brighter. Enjoy, I know I will.

I travel for work and I’ve been to more stores than I’d like to admit, but I go to this Starbucks three to five times a week and I’ve never had any problem with the service, the drinks are always on point, and everyone is really helpful. Today a the staff really went out of their way to make me feel welcome and it was the sweetest gesture. Thank you to the Town & Country crew! Y’all are the best.

I enjoyed this Starbucks location. The service here was quick and friendly and they got my order and money right. LOL! Only downside long lines as usual but for as long as the line was the service was pretty quick give this one five stars

The lady that took my order was Soo nice and sweet to me. She took my order that was my first time in their she was so welcoming made me feel like I’m welcomed in Starbucks. I got a cake pop and I never been in that Starbucks and I let her pick my cake pop and she said oh ok and she pick my flavors and gave me one for free she was so nice. If you see this thank you for being so generous to me I needed that tbh. I appreciate the help and thank you so much. Also I got a iced white mocha venti with extra sweet foam and extra caramel. Also 2 cake pops. Thanks y’all for being a good coffee shop. I highly recommend yalls shop to everybody and I will be telling my friends bout y’all and how great the service is their.

The staff has changed a bit from previous visits, but the customer service is still excellent. Starbucks has changed a couple of it's rewards methods, the free refills is a bit more restrictive than it used to be, the rewards aren't as frequent. But with judicious use of their double rewards days, and promotional rewards events, it is still an okay price for coffee. The taste is consistent, which is important. Now if only there was one in Ponchatoula, but I suppose near the college makes more sense.

Always quick with a mobile order. Place is clean.

I have to admit the orders are always correct and the tastes of the various flavors I try are superior to most .

I typically mobile order and just pickup at this location. The drive thru is always packed, if it is working. My coworkers and I often send one person to pickup our orders. Several times my order was half forgotten, due to negligence on the staff's part. One day, I was having a rough morning and ordered breakfast and coffee. My coworkers new I ordered breakfast, but the workers insisted there was no sandwich. They pressed the issue and were rebuffed again. I called the location, explained what happened and the worker promised a refund that never came. I called later that evening and explained again, I paid like 5 dollars for a sandwich that my coworkers were told I didn't order. The manager was totally understanding and actually refunded the card right there when I was on the line. I was very grateful and appreciative and she was like my Starbucks superhero. The effort and understanding she put in for others mistakes and handled it with such poise and grace, 20/10 customer service. Thank you for turning my experience completely around. That is what customer service is all about. I know serving food can be challenging, but you made this customer happy and I know I will be returning, so thank you so very much.

Great Starbucks; clean with super helpful and friendly staff- refreshing to see as a traveler from out of state

They work daily with a variety of personalities & life seats, & respond as equally pleasant to each. Each person seems to love what they buy, & the employee mood is usually quite upbeat, friendly, & eager to help.

Awesome staff always smiling!!! They always get you in & out fast, remember your name, are very respectful and set you sail for a smile filled day! Great job guys!!! And gals!!!! Raises are coming!!! Sorry to put you on the spot Starbucks.
