This is a review of the service department: The customer service is top notch, they'll advise you on what the vehicle needs and provide images of your vehicle to support what was noticed. I've had mechanical problems that were addressed same day, and they caught/repaired parts that could've become a larger issue if not fixed.

In short, your Toyota is in great hands with them!

Amazing dealer!! I couldn't have asked for a better experience!! Absolutely NO PRESSURE. They went above and beyond anything I could have expected.

Dominic Chavez was my salesman. He asked what I was looking for and didn't try to push me into something else. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. He actually gave me a ride to my vehicle in Covington well after the dealer closed. Ask for Dominic!!

DJ Miller in financing explained everything, didn't rush me through the process and he didn't hit me with any "surprises" at signing. My credit union agreed to finance up to 125% of the loan to value. I was above that and D J got me financed with another lender.

When I was hesitant about the purchase at closing time, Aaron Blum the manager said there was no pressure and that I should take time to think it over. There was none of that, "But I can't promise you it will be here when you come back." He said that he wanted me to be comfortable with my decision.

In the end, they sold me an incredible 2018 Tacoma TRD Off Road that I absolutely love at a great price. The truck is in immaculate, like new condition and came with many extras and upgrades. It looks and drives like new. This was the best purchase and the best experience that I have ever had at a dealership! If you're looking for a Toyota you need to see these folks! You won't regret it.

Everyone at the dealership was absolutely fantastic. I normally despise dealerships, but Samantha made the entire experience enjoyable. She patiently walked me through all of my options without even having to come in person and ended up getting me a way better price than any of the other dealerships I had visited prior. I would 100% recommend both this dealership and Samantha to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle and does not want to deal with the stress and pressure that would normally go along with the experience.

I personally prefer a no haggle agreement, so I used the Costco Auto Buying program and confirmed prior to placing my deposit and making the purchase. I worked with Michelle Callahan who was a phenomenal representative.

I had the best experience here! The folks are very helpful and genuine. I was helped by Ms. Lorraine Ringo and she was delightful and efficient at her job. Our service wait time was made so pleasant and easy by her. She made our day. You are very fortunate to have such a fun and positive employee that cares so diligently for her clients and customers.

Mondo in service is amazing, they thoroughly looked at my car and did recommendations. I previously taken my car to another dealership and half of what they told me I needed Mondo and his team confirmed I did not need! I will definitely be taking my car to them from here on out. By the way, I have a 2009 RAV4 sport. This baby has 183,000 mi and I'm ready to work at another 100,000 at least!

I decided to by a new car after driving my little Mercedes C230 for 15 years. Joey Chenier helped me to make right choice according to my preferences. He is definitely a Pro, knows all specs and sale techniques. He was very patient, answered hundreds of my questions. I would like to recognize Samantha and Charles. The service was amazing! My appt was set for 7:30 a.m. my car was taken into the bay at 7:29 for 5000 mile tire rotation and all point inspection! Car was ready to go at 7:59! Everyone was very professional, courteous and beyond friendly!

Incredible service from the parts department. We had an urgent issue that wouldn't allow us to make it home, 200 miles away. Supreme had our issue repaired and we were back on the road in less than 45 minutes.

We recently purchased a Lexus GX 460 from a different dealership. Well, it had a problem with its radiator and the dealership told us we could bring it to any nearby Lexus or Toyota dealership to have it fixed. Mondo was our service associate. He was very helpful and nice to deal with. The work that was done was great and our vehicle is running like new again. If you need work done on your vehicle I'd highly recommend Supreme Toyota. They were amazing to deal with and for once I can say I have no issues bringing my car to an actual dealership for maintenance rather than a third-party company.

Had an awesome sales experience with Mike made everything fast and easy and my wife was happy with her new 4Runner! So great of service I accidentally ran out of gas and Mike was there in about 5 mins no questions asked to save my day. 100% would recommend mike smith for your new car sales

Bought a used 2016 ford focus and had one of the easiest buying experiences ever. No double talk, bait and switch, or any of the other questionable tactics at a car dealership. Everything went very smooth and took less than a hour to process paperwork.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. The guys waited around for us as it was nearing closing time. Worked with us, allowed a extended test drive of the suv. Credit application was fast and easy
I informed them when the requested tundra come in to let me know. I will be buying from them again in a few months. High recommend this dealership.

He knew everything about my car, and offered to continue to help me get familiar with it in the future as well (my first hybrid). Price was fair. Their word was good. Buyers be ware, supreme toyota is just the genuine dealership and never do any bad practices. i am going to refer all my friends over here who ever wants a toyota. these are some really nice folks who dont charge weird market adjustments like how they do every where else. This is the fifth or sixth new vehicle purchase from a dealer in my lifetime. I'd been in the market for a vehicle upgrade for a long time, but was holding off because of the availability problem and other market constraints. Things fell into place where these folks had exactly the vehicle that I wanted, so I gave them a shot.

By far the easiest new car purchase and trade in process I've ever experienced. I dealt with Joey through the Costco program, and everything was straight up. The price was fair, the timeline for delivery was spot-on, and he took the time to walk me through all the features of the vehicle during delivery. Their first offer for my trade in was comfortably within the range of estimates I found online, so I didn't even have to go through that headache. Everything was just straight up and above board, and didn't really take too long to transact from first contact to vehicle delivery.

These folks will be my first stop when I'm in the market for another new vehicle.
