I've used this Farm Bureau location for my Home and Auto for about 8 years now. My dealing have always been with Jason Yarborough & Christy Ivey. The entire staff at this location is always helpful and does a good job.

Called to find out info for cancelling our policy and they were very nice and helpful

This is a joke doing business with this people’s. Last year around November 2018 I renewed my home and car insurance for another 6 months. At that time for renewal I spoke with Jason Yarborough who’s in charge on that office and did not said anything to me about any extra fees or any additional documentation for me to present for renewal. Three or four months later to be specific on February I got an invoice from his office with the amount of $2,000.00 without any previous notification meaning that bill came from nowhere. I did call him to confront all this fees and asked why you did not notify me at the beginning of my renewal or why did not said anything to me about any additional documentation I need it for renewal. I do know that when you renew your policy that is consider a contract and can not be changed because you want to changed and even making worse by not notify the customer, this was their fault by not notify me. I did ask him about prove of previously notification by mail and he respond me that we do not have one on file and we never send one to you. At this point time my insurance is on schedule for cancellation on March 11. I will get another company who’s more serious about business and will follow a complaint through better business bureau.
