Jessy Pritchett: Allstate Insurance

Jessy Pritchett, the Agent at Pritchett Risk Management, is extremely knowledgeable and professional. If he tells you he’s going to do something you can know for sure he’ll do it. We TRUST him with ALL our Insurance needs. We bundled our Homeowners and Auto. We enjoy the savings. We also insure our boat with him and we have insurance on our classic car thru him helping us thru Hagerty. We have an umbrella policy with Allstate as well. He is a very caring person and tries to help around Republic as much as he can. Call and have him work up a quote, you’ll be glad you did. Saving you money is his primary goal. He helped us.

Jessy is very knowledgeable and hard working. Great Agency to do business with!

He doesn't follow up with what he says he is going to do for you. Now I'm going to go to his office to get my insurance cards i need. I have have talk to him twice and waited for then over a month. Still nothing came in the mail. What's one to do. But he is very pleasant on the phone. Does that count.

I will be switching to a different agent. Never answers the phone. Never checks email or voicemail. Have to call multiple times to get stuff done. I'm not sure how he runs a business

Literally the worst agent in Springfield. Neglects requests from clients and time and time again will not send ID cards. Account name holders wrong. Forgetful and needs constant reminders to do what is needed and asked from clients. DO NOT COME HERE. TOTAL FLAKE.

Terrible insurer- I do not recommend anyone try this place.
I’ve left emails, calls, and even waited at the office from noon to 1:30 without finding any help.
