Wonderful location and very friendly!! After driving to Monett to attempt to return Amazon items and learning they don't accept Amazon codes, it was a joy to bring my returns in here and send them back in record time with excellent customer service.

This store is the best. Packing, shipping, printing ; they have your back. Best customer service ever. Will always use them for my shipping and print.

The employees here are so helpful and friendly!! I come here all the time to drop off packages and I don’t prefer any other UPS store. They always get to you quickly and their smiles/greetings always make the experience better!

The lady that waited on us the last two times is amazingly nice, respectful and extremely knowledgeable. The second you walk in the store her amazing smile and eye contact says it all, it made us smile also. Much different experience than I had at our other local shipping store in Republic.

Very quick and efficient at helping me ship

We've been traveling full time for a year. We use this location for our mail service. Robin and Sam are always so helpful. They scan our mail and email image pdf's. They also help us weed through the junk! They provide a great service for full time travelers and we're very thankful. 👍🏻👏🏻

Just want to say these people are amazing! We have done 3 Amazon returns there! They helped bring in the 3D printer not only did they hold the door open, a gentleman came out and helped get one side of the box for him! The time before that I was returning something and I was there a few minutes before they opened, they opened early for me! Super friendly and helpful! I am so glad they came to Republic!!
