It was easy, painless and Monalisa was friendly and professional! I will continue to file my taxes with H&R block and Monalisa in the future!

This was my first year going to H&R block & I can't say enough good things about Mona! She took her time with us-- we never felt rushed & she went over everything thoroughly making sure we understood & making sure we could get the highest refund possible. Highly recommend & will return next year!!

I have all the confidence in H&R Block agent to fill out my taxes and cover all area's to give me the best refund possible. He also thinks of a lot of things that I don't and I've never had a problem with my Federal or Maryland tax agencies concerning my tax returns. And in 2019 & 2020 I had many questions before my appointment concerning my parents estate taxes which I always received a timely and informative answers to my questions, Jim was a lot of help during this trying time.

I love my tax agent. I come in with worries and 99% of the time leave satisfied ( 1% I pay some tax) I am in a business that can vary as to income and deductions. I can rely on my agent to keep me straight. The one thing I fear in life is tangling with the IRS over money. I feel much more confident having a professional on my side.
