I don't know what's better. The customer service from Mr. John or the knowledge knowing his stuff when it comes to vehicles. The wait was well worth the service. I bought a new battery as well as a new alternator and it took about 45 mins for them to do the labor. Made my day!

I stopped by Auto Zone on Page and purchased an air filter for my vehicle. Thelma S was the nicest, most patient person . I asked her to help me install the air filter. My lock was broken and she was so amazing! She was able to help me - with a smile on her face. I would have given up 10 minutes earlier. I love this Auto Zone! Thank you.

Went to a different Autozone to do a battery check and it came back that I needed a new one, which I had expected. After I made the purchase of a new battery, the associate said they wouldn’t be able to install it for me due to being short staffed. Frustrating, but understandable. So I went to this Autozone and the manager there very graciously installed my new battery. I am very appreciative, as it was a Sunday and I was scrambling to find an open mechanic. The manager did the swap in just a few minutes and then processed my battery core refund.

Had to visit 2 as the first one couldn't check my battery/alternator. But both gave great service. And great news, no problem detected. Thank you to both Ladies.
