Ashley, Blake and Luke all provided personalized service to me and made me feel like my needs were a priority. Then there is Rita who does a little bit of everything very well. She made sure that I was constantly kept up to date on everything from start to finish which made this a wonderful experience. What a tremendous staff they have.

First time buying a house and we got lucky and landed Rita. She was such a sweet and welcoming person. She listened to everything I said I wanted in looking for a home. I called her countless of times with questions about the process and she kept reassuring me that everything will be fine. My 1yr old has her stained in his brain as auntie Rita and I am perfectly fine with that. When the process was over I usually have no problem saying “goodbye and thank you”. Not the case with Rita. When you meet someone as awesome as she is you never let them slip out of your life. We had two other realtors before Rita. We did not feel like they cared to much to help us cause we are an African American couple. Rita saw no color and we felt the love right away and sent the other realtors on they way. Josh Stillwell with Blake Cantrell's office was our agent through a very contentious new build process. The builder rarely communicated with us, extended the closing date twice, and made major mistakes in our building options. Josh fought for us every step of the way and made sure our concerns were addressed. In addition, Rita from Blake's office took care of all our document needs and issues like she was buying her own home. We hope that we won't ever need to buy a home again, but if we do we will be calling Josh and the Blake Cantrell office for help.
