I had Nick as my realtor. He responded immediately when I showed interest about a house on Zillow. He wasted no time getting me in to see it and other houses I was interested in. The housing market was hot and the ones I was really interested in would fly right out from under me but Nick persisted and messaged about one that wasn't listed yet, He got me in to see it as soon as I could but found it had been shown to several others but I had him put in an offer that evening ,But I needed a pre-approval to go with my offer and since the ones I had talked to previously about a loan were out of town he put me in touch with someone else and got it done that night Found out the next day they accepted my offer! He helped me get the inspections and everything....He went above and beyond to get me in a house knowing my situation was urgent! I will be forever grateful for Nick and I'm loving my new home!!
