USA Nails (New Owner)

Great Customer Service and quality work! I haven’t been to the nail salon in years due to my last nail tech consistently cutting me with the drill and damaging my nails. I recently moved to Waldorf and decided to give a new salon a try. I saw many reviews about Dan, so I booked an appointment with him. Once I sat in the chair I expressed how I was traumatized by the drill and asked for an alternative method. He told me my nails had to be rough for Gel X but he would be very delicate. I trusted him and he did not disappoint. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and Dan did an amazing job! My nails look exactly like the picture. I’m not used to having a nail tech that is able to replicate pictures, so when I saw the finished product I was shocked and 100% satisfied! Dan has gained my trust and my business. ❤❤❤

I drive all the way from Virginia to this salon, and let me tell you, it’s worth every mile! Great staff, customer service, and overall atmosphere. With the new management, this place is a gem 💎

Dan did such a beautiful job on my nails. It was nice to show an inspirational photo and get it executed. I've been coming to USA for years but for the first time in a while, I absolutely love my nails. I am looking forward to what the future of USA Nails will bring.

I just wanna say that my review is going to go based off. The fact i got my nails done Friday December 1st and I still have the same set on.
First of all's Dan was super kind and very sweet. I actually found his page off of Instagram and message him early in the morning and surprisingly, before the shop opened, he responded and was able to squeeze me in around 10 AM. I walk into the shop I was greeted and assisted immediately. He was super kind and gave me a lot of information on the gel x nails that I was interested in getting. The process was very smooth. He always checked on me to make sure that I was comfortable and took the time. To make sure the shape from my coffin was sharp but also straight I just would like to add that I understand some people probably feel differently about this location. But it is under new management and they have been doing a great job with The turnaround and even during holiday season they were Able to take care of appointments and Walk-ins from what I noticed, I definitely feel happy that I have found my new salon. Definitely give them a chance if you guys are looking for something new. But for a place that does not shy away from design challenges and great customer service I. Also recommend checking out their Instagram page for their work. I really enjoy my holiday nails that I asked Dan to do. Free hand by the way, I couldn't come up with a design. And I just asked him to make something up. And I absolutely love my set..
