The Prime Street Grille

One of my favorite restaurants. I have never been disappointed. The steaks (served with sauce on the side) are perfectly cooked and flavorful. On my recent visit, I ordered the crab chowder, house salad, lamb chops, crab cakes and baked potato. Everything was delicious and the portion size more than I could eat. The staff and service were excellent. I highly recommend this place.

My first review ever simply because credit is due. We’ve been here twice and both times are waitress was Cassie who is hands down the best waitress we’ve ever had! You’ll have everything you need without asking and her kindness is out of the world. The food is amazing and comes out so fast. We love the calamari and surf and turf. For my birthday I was given I dessert plate that said happy birthday from Cassie. Thank you so much.

IMHO easily the best restaurant in Waldorf. The food is consistently at a high level, with friendly and professional wait staff. My only complaint is they now open late and close to early. But it understandable Covid has damaged a lot of businesses.

I've been a resident of Charles County for over 20 years and discovered approximately 15 years ago. Prime Street Grille has been consistently a location I can depend on to provide outstanding service and delicious, fresh, high quality meals.
Whenever I celebrate and would like a fine dining experience close to home, Prime Street is ALWAYS my go to. I have even hosted work gatherings including for international colleagues and they were impressed by the food and atmosphere Prime Street provides.
Kept 4 star for food because my crab ball was a tad undercooked, luke warm center. I didn't send it back. I'm sure they would have been happy to heat it up.
If you enjoy seafood (signature crab balls), steak, homemade sides an array of apps & soups served in an atmosphere offering cloth table cloths, dinner lighting with smooth jazz/ easy listening playing, join us... Yeah you just might see me there 😉

I frequent Prime Street and craved surf and turf without sitting down inside to eat, hence the picture. As expected the food was hot and delicious. Each topping was on the side as I prefer. The app used to order carryout alerts you even your food is ready for pick which I really liked. Keep in mind you cannot make substitutions even ordering carryout and the app provider may charge a fee. You also cannot order carryout at least not when I ordered, by going inside. You must order carryout via the app. Dine in only when walking in.
Another bravo 👏🏽 on a delicious meal cooked to my specifications.
Did not rate atmosphere because I ordered take out but I like the atmosphere when I choose to dine in great smooth jazz, cloth tablecloths & napkins kinda place 🙂👍🏽

A wonderful hidden gem! The food was delightfuly delicious and our server was very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive! I will definitely be back!

We had Graylin who was an amazing server and explained everything to us. Refills and checks were as needed and he was always smiling. I had a filet mignon, cajun rice, and brussel sprouts. Husband got tuna with mac and cheese and a cucumber, corn, and tomato salad. Cooked perfectly and served with warm rolls. Price was fair. Very clean and we will go back AND ask for Graylin!

This place is truly a hidden gem!! The food is phenomenal, staff is super friendly and always on stand by and the atmosphere is high class!!

The best part is that you're not paying $$$ for all of these amenities!!!! Your price point for your entrees are $33-$50 including two sides.

The filet mignon, crab cake, lamb chops, oysters Rockefeller, prime rib, lobster, Mac n cheese and burgers are everything I've tried there and not one disappoint in the bunch!!!

If you're ever in the area, do yourself a huge favor and stop at this hidden gem!! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!💜💜

I have been missing out!!! Did not realize how great this place was until my cousin kept telling me about it. So we decided to go for my birthday. The food is amazing! We tried a little bit of everything. The seafood is so fresh. It tastes like they grab it out of the water and cook it right then and there. The steak was juicy, tender, and flavorful. The green beans were fresh and delicious, and the baked potato was light and fluffy. The crab dip and Buffalo Shrimp were out of this world!!! The seasoning on the chicken and shrimp Alfredo was classic Italian flavor with the pasta perfectly cooked. We had a wonderful time. So, great. I called in an order "to go" a week later for more crab dip and to try the cream of crab soup and stuffed mushrooms! OH MY! The crab meat exceeded the mushrooms, and it was so fresh and amazing. The soup was creamy with lots of flavor and lumps of crab meat. I definitely will be back! Maybe even sooner after writing this review. Lol

I have passed this restaurant at least 100 times and we went this week for the 1st time. The food was amazing. Our waitress Brandy provided awesome service. She brought the food out perfectly for each course. We will definitely be back soon. I highly recommend this gem.

Stopped in for dinner. Had to make reservations first. Ample parking outside. You are greeted at the door and then seated at your table. The server was very warm and welcoming as we glanced at the menu. They are a tad pricey (expensive). We placed our orders and the service was warm and friendly. The food arrived in a short time and there was more than I could finish, basically, just enough and the food was very good!

A hidden gem, sister and brother in love took me there for my 66th birthday celebration. The service and food was excellent

Casual steak and seafood restaurant with an emphasis on hand-cut beef, crab cakes & fresh seafood. They offer some of the best crab cakes in Maryland as well as their prime rib. Donna was our server and she was very pleasant and patient with us and attentive. It was the first time for my wife and I but two of our other family members have previously been there. I had the Crab Supreme Special which is 10 ounces of their famous Blue Crab baked as an open crab cake with baked potato and coleslaw and water and lemon. My wife's aunt had the same except with hand cut fries and a Guinness Stout and then a Stella Artois. My wife had the Tomato and Mushroom Topped Chicken with green beans and baked potato and water with lemon. One of my wife's cousins had the Oysters Rockefeller Appetizer as a meal which was delicious with a Stella Artois Beer. Her other cousin had Wild Caught Pan Seared Scallops with added Grilled Shrimp with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. All of the food was delicious and served in a timely manner. Reservations are required for both meals and seating at the bar to drink. They do have a casual dress code which is posted on their website. They do not tolerate cellphone usage at the bar. Hint: Make reservations for 03:00 PM, arrive one-time, and enjoy your meal and beverages!

We visited this restaurant for the first time to celebrate my sister’s birthday and we really enjoyed it a lot . Our waitress was extremely professional, nice and friendly. The food was served promptly, nice and hot and was delicious. I definitely and highly recommend this restaurant and will return again.

Came here for my mother-in-law's birthday and it was fantastic. I must say that the Cajun pasta had me hooked- I'm still craving more! It's divine, the scallops and shrimp are perfectly cooked. My group had fillets steaks and crab cakes and all said it was very good. The crab dip is also excellent, the crab mushrooms are banging- we picked plates clean. Both the strawberry and pear martinis are mixed to perfection. The bread pudding IS EVERYTHING!!! Our waitress was a sweetheart and served us very well. I will definitely be back. Love this place!!!!

The crab stuffed mushrooms were to die for. The crab was sooooooo fresh.

I got the ribeye Mac and cheese and Brussels sprouts.
The ribeye was perfectly cooked. The Brussels sprouts were very tasty. I loved the onions. The mac and cheese was good just needed a pinch of salt.
My wife got the Cajun pasta. You could smell it before it came to the table. So good.

I also tried the berry cake. Which was cold and amazing.
We will definitely be going back. Highly recommend for an adult date night.

During my last visit to this restaurant my server, Donna, provided the best service! I took my girlfriend here on a date and she’s such a picky eater but Donna was understanding and very respectful. I got the Cajun linguine which was fantastic! 100% recommend! I will definitely ask for her to be our server the next time we go here. Amazing restaurant and food with the best, quality service!

As an African American man. I pay particular attention to how businesses treat me and other people. I found the owners to be extremely inclusive to all their patrons. Not to mention the food is awesome. I sat at the bar and watched all the customer interactions. Other than the usual Waldorf customer trying to.get some free food. I.found the service and management to be excellent. Definitely go here.

This was a last minute decision that paid off rather well. I was able to make a reservation to be seated within the hour. The staff was extremely pleasant from the first phone call until the end of my experience. My only concern was the seemingly long wait to eat after ordering. It may have just been me because I was a bit hungry, but the meal was well worth the wait. The steak was cooked to perfection, the crab imperial topped rockfish was incredible, and every bite was perfect. There was so much food, it became lunch for the next day.
After passing this place for many years, I am so glad I stopped in. I will be returning soon! This really was a wonderful and tasty experience!

Everything was wonderful. I drove from Baltimore to enjoy a meal with my family. Greeted and seated right away (reservations). Our waitress was beautiful and attentive. Food came out "nice and hot". Every bite was heaven. On the apps...Crab dip creamy and tasty. Rock fish bites so good. The salmon cooked to perfection. Asparagus was a little over cooked.. I like some crisp. My brother said his steak was tender and tasty. I'll be back with my husband... sorry I missed taking a picture of my salmon and asparagus...next time
