I found Vapor World by Accident and I was greeted by Kady. She was So helpful and Knowledgeable about my concerns about quitting smoking. I listened and she explained Everything and gave me options and suggestions that I could understand and move forward to stop smoking.. I’ve called a couple times with questions and everyone was very helpful. But I want to say Kady sent one clear message… “This is it… this is your chance to stop Right Now and Never Look Back!!” I Guess it hit a nerve because I haven’t had a cigarette since!! Thank You Kady for actually caring about your customers and for starting a new chapter to everyone you talk to.

Racidy was amazing and helped me with informing me on the products I purchased and was very attentive to the customer experience. She was happy and nice the entire time. It is people like her giving a great experience why customers come back. Way to go. Keep up the great work and attitude. 10/10

Kady is awesome! I am a regular customer and I went in yesterday to get a disposable vape. Kady remembered from quite some time back that I like tobacco flavored vapes. She told me about a new one that they have without me saying a word. That means so much that she listened and remembered that! I also love Reshea!!! She's always so friendly and very helpful when I need help with anything! These ladies are amazing and deserve a raise!!!
EDIT: I came in today 9/16/23 to buy a new vape. I received OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM AIDAN!! She was so helpful and friendly!!! Everyone at the Republic MO location are ALWAYS superb!!! I visit this location often and I have never had anything but the very best service!!! I would give 1,000 stars if it was an option. Anyone in customer service could learn from your employees at the Republic store. I've been to other vapor worlds and they are all great but Republic is by far the very best!!! Aidan is absolutely amazing at her job!!! And the vape she suggested is awesome!

The girl at the counter was an awesome person. She talked to me like we were friends & was very helpful , not just trying to make a sale. I'll definitely be back to this store for all of my smoking needs.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I stop in at least 4 times a week and they always greet me with a smile and hello and 99% have the product ready at the register for me! Highly recommend!

Kady has helped me every time I’ve gone in and she is amazing!! She has been patient while I asked a million questions, sold me the amazing T200 which I successfully quit smoking cigs using within 1 week, and hooked me up with awesome flavors and accessories!! 🤟🏻

Jordan did a wonderful job helping me find what I need. They do need breeze brand disposables there but other than that great experience very friendly!

I've been shopping with Vapor world for years but the republic location is the best I've been too. Lots of products and so many helpful employees. Jordan M, Travis, Reshea, Kandy and Raeidy make you feel like a friend when you first walk in the door. They will help you until you find the perfect product for you. Always a wonderful experience.
