William was extremely helpful. He made switching from T-Mobile to Verizon a breeze. He got us a great deal on service and devices. I highly recommend this location.

Stopped in to check on getting a hot-spot device, because for the past 3 weeks our t-mobile home internet has not been working as it should . Plus our phones are not getting very good reception for calls or text messages. I digress... so we are looking at changing carriers for everything will update when we make the jump.

Best customer service experience I have ever had at a phone store. Kyle was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and He did not try to sell me on something I didn't need. Was in and out of the store in less than 15 minutes. New phone on the way in one day.

I dont have Verizon as a service provider and just stopped in for a charging cable. The sales team here was very friendly, helpful and the pitch made to switch off t-mobile was non agressive and light hearted as I waited for payment to process. The employees here are great.

We've been coming in and out of this Verizon store for the last year, and every time we have received exceptional. service from Kyle. From setting up our transition to Verizon to helping us with our upgrades, Kyle has been extremely knowledgeable and a consistent force of assistance for us.

William and his team helped me so
much. Upgrading to a new phone always stresses me out and he did a great job walking me through all of this. Will be going here from now on, honestly even if I move I would make the drive to this location. 7/5 stars if I could

William was so awesome. I was updated while waiting for my shipment. He was helpful with setting up the new phones. Extremely helpful with transferring an account over from another company. Just know he'll get things done.

Jasmine was so knowledgeable and personable. She was able to handle multiple guests and phone calls during my time there yet I didn't feel neglected. I appreciate her ability to explain the plans clearly and offer advice on what phone would best fit my needs. Thanks, Jasmine!

I’ve been to this store twice this past week; once to pre-Oder my new iPhone and once to switch my internet service. Jasmine was a rockstar with helping me get my new phone preordered. The rep I had the second time (forgive me new guy, I forget your name!) was in his first week, but already very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The store manager Josh (90% sure that’s his name) came over to greet me personally and was very helpful with getting me set up with my new home internet. I’ve been with Verizon for over 10 years and wouldn’t even think about switching. Their customer service is outstanding — best in the business, and their products are excellent. Thanks for being the best!

My mother and I had the pleasure of working with Will both times we went to this location. He was very knowledgeable and helpful when we went in for our upgrades and then again to pick up the rest of our order. We appreciate all of his time and effort in assisting getting the phones and tablet set up. Highly recommend!

I went in to see about upgrading my phone and I got help from Cecily. I spent easily over an hour there one day going over the different plans and phones and she made sure she answered every question that I had so I chose the right plan and phone. Then I had to go back in to get my phone set up and she spent another couple hours with me and i never felt rushed. I apologized to her for having to spend so much time on my situation. She didn’t act bothered at all to spend that much time with me. I felt very comfortable buying the phone from her and I walked out feeling very happy and confident using the new device. I think she did a very good job at making me feel comfortable and spending the time needed to make sure I was happy. I will continue going to Verizon but Cecily will be the reason that I will keep going back to this location.

We had the greatest experience and the most informed technician, William for our latest and most extensive phone purchase to date. He aided us in changing and updating 5 different phones. I will definitely recommend this location and technician to all of my friends and family.

Chesterfield store was so helpful to all of us

Came into the store to upgrade to new iPhone, I was fortunate to have Cecily assist me. I saved money on the upgrade as well as my monthly billing.
Cecily was extremely pleasant to work with, adept at handling the couple issues we encountered, and made the transaction much more enjoyable by her positive personality. EWM

We went to this Verizon store to get my son a new phone and had a GREAT experience. Blake went above and beyond to get him set up. Even though he was the only one working, he took his time with us to make sure we had everything we needed and did it with a smile!!

Excellent service provided to an already agitated customer.

Curtis really took care of me and was very patient even though I’ve had a very unpleasant experience in another store. At some point Clinton and Justin came by to help out and the team effort was excellent.

The only thing I’d encourage this team to do is to know the fine print better on the plans being offered.

If you’ve had an unpleasant experience elsewhere, come to this location, you won’t regret it.

I lost my phone today and Jeremy and the good people in this store were amazing in helping me. Although I did not find it, they were exceptionally kind and told me exactly what to do. Above and beyond making my day not so bad after all! Ask for Jeremy or Scotty and they will treat you with kindness and care!

Blake was WONDERFUL!!!! Not only did he help me understand what to do, he did it in layman terms and explanations. He's very personable to those of us over 60 years old. Thank God!!!! Verizon is LUCKY to have him and I was PREVILEDGED to meet him and receive his assistance.

I went into the store today in chesterfield valley just considering about maybe switching to a new phone and after talking to William, going over all the options about the new plans and phone walked out with new phones ordered. This store made what used to be a hassle and turned it into a pleasant experience!! Highly recommend!

William was supremely helpful in getting our family plan transitioned to a plan that fit our family needs and budget much more than our current plan! Highly recommend this location, and William if he's available. 🙂
