Embassy Suites by Hilton St. Louis Airport

Cold weather caused burst pipe/sprinkler which flooded much of first floor. This then caused the fire alarm to go off at 1am in every room. Despite this I still had a great stay! Ryan the front desk receptionist was very nice, and other employees like the Omelette Chef, Kitchen staff, and Bartender were also all very friendly. I will gladly stay here again!

We just got back from spending 4 nights at this hotel and absolutely loved it! The 2 free drinks in the evening and the cooked to order omelets and pancakes are a very nice touch. The hotel is clean and inviting. And the every one of staff are top notch! They were so helpful and extraordinarily friendly! They always made the hotel feel like a second home. Highly recommend staying here!

Love this property!!! Great people, special shout out to Ryan and the lady who works at the Restaurant don't remember her name but she loved on my little dog and to the curly haired lady who checked us out in the morning who went out her to love my dog too!!! Places like this with people who care will get more of my business when I come to St Louis!!!

The location is tremendous getting around St. Louis.
The evening cocktail hour is really nice. We even had our friends come join us it's really a special place

Service beyond excellence by Jason and Andy at the front desk. Jason is friendly, knowledgeable and you justcwant to be his friend forever. The most kind person and Andy and I she was great. Lewis the shuttle driver is awesome!! And Lemar who is wonderful. Be prepared the 5p reception is chips only, very disappointing. The room are very clean and comfortable and pool is very nice. I advise breakfast when they open because if you wait the food, potatoes etc are cold unless you order an omelet.

Car broke down during a cost to coast move. Very friendly and empathetic staff. Jason at the front desk was phenomenal from check-in to extended checkout! Treated us like family and did everything he could to make sure we were well taken care of for as long as we could stay. Wish I could remember the bartenders name, she was excellent and made sure we were well fed and made the drinks tasty!

So great. We got here in time for happy hour 5:30-6:30 pm and enjoyed the drinks. Food was delicious and staff were so friendly. Rooms are clean and remodeled. We will make this our hotel for STL!!

Amazing hotel beautiful inside and clean great staff the only thing is the restaurant closes a little early like 11 or 10

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. GM was accommodating and very professional. Breakfast staff seemed overwhelmed by a large number of guests but did excellent in keeping up with the demand and they all stayed friendly and engaged with guests.

Service for our event was superior. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff treated us like royalty! WoW!

Rooms: when someone uses the bathroom it makes a loud noise like someone popping plastic bubbles. Most importantly my kiddo said it was the best night's rest since starting a 13-day road trip! I agree bed and pillows were very comfy.

Service: Great! Everyone was nice and courteous. Had made-to-order pancakes, not reheated frozen pancakes!

I loved our stay here. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was hot and the employees were very friendly. Tammy especially. This woman works her tail off every night in their restaurant, yet she was warm and personable while doing so. Thank you Tammy :) Also, shout out to the hard workers during breakfast. The very nice gentleman in the omelet station made me an excellent omelet - thank you and the very well dressed young man who pulled a double duty of breakfast and dinner was super sweet too!!!!

Just an FYI this location does not have a hot tub like it says here. They took it out during Covid 😫

The best Embassy Suites I have ever stayed at. My family and I enjoyed the stay that we had at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and courteous. My stepson was extremely excited about the indoor pool and really enjoyed his self. My girlfriend and I enjoyed the room and also the complimentary happy hour and when I say the drinks were on point, they were definitely the best. The bartenders were very friendly, funny, and the best ever. If you book here, you will definitely enjoy your stay and enjoy the food and drinks as well.

The physical building is old and needs renovation and updating. The staff is excellent, from the front desk to the people that clean the rooms and especially the kitchen and bar staff. Donald, the chef is an amazing person that connects with everyone he comes in contact with. He is a superstar.

After a rough night and a blow out in our Church Bus, Chris and the entire staff, truly made this stay absolutely amazing. Chris was just as nice and courteous as he could be and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed.

Nice hotel. Rooms are clean and large Close to Boeing and many restaurants. Staff is very friendly. Have limited food service in the hotel but way better than most hotels. Breakfast is awesome cook to serve many choices.

From check in to check out there were smiles and greeting every where I went. We had a large group and were accommodated for our needs. Extra blankets, towels, pillows. Probably a favorite hotel in my travels. Great job!

Literally the only decent Hilton bramd near STL. All the rest have problems.
