This Walgreen Pharmacy members are not polite, helpful and worthy to work there! One of female managers of this location (Rebeca ) was rude and mad not such as a normal person, but metal already for some reason to others ,gave me wrong medication with the wrong order number. Even there was not my name on the bottle! There is also employees that treat the customers like they are nothing and they yell. My 5yr old currently has a strong fever, 101.5 the emergency room doctor put him on new medication and he's supposed to start it tonight, as soon as Possible. I went to the pharmacy and the pharmacist wants me to come before 7 and pick up the medication. At 6.30, I had arrived to the Walgreen and I was waiting 25 minutes! Finally the pharmacist said the medications are not ready ,he was the one asked me to come before 7:00pm . When I asked him why ? He said “ there is not granted” I was shocked to hear this sentence. How they are lazy and carless !!!
Finally after giving me hard time they sent me to another location to pick up the medications . I truly ask the head manager of this Walgreen to kindly pay attention and check the camera how pharmacists treated as animals the customers and never play mind games with their Life and emotions for their personal purposes and bad behaviors. Understand the rights of human beings and learn how to treat customers with respect, politeness, and beautiful smiles and amazing greetings

My poor Doctor called my script in 3 times. Go to pick it up & suprise a handcrafted note in the window says they close at 4.
Ok so had to wait ANOTHER day. And SUPRISE they 'never got a call from my Doctor.' I was there when he made the call.
I understand being short staffed but Walgreens come on now pay for a Pharmacist and give the techs a break! This job is important for critical medications..this is peoples lives we are talking about here.

My Pax medicine is expired. Luckily my COVID isn't that bad and insurance covered most of it, so at least I'm only out $11. I'm still waiting for my inhaler. Shucking off this mortal coil might still be preferable.

Absolutely horrible!! I called at 5:10, was left on hold for 30 mins. When the called was answered by pharmacist Rebecca she stated she would not be able to fill my rx today due to them closing at 7. Sent me to another location where I was on hold so long 45 mins to be exact, I drove to the location, completely unacceptable

Then Tobe told there will be another hr wait for the actual rx..

Yesterday 1/18/23 I went In store to get some things. There was absolutely no shopping carts when you walk in to be had and I had many things to get, so I ask the girl working where there would be a cart she look around and said everyone is using them. I Said HOW CAN THAT BE … I’M THE ONLY ONE IN HERE??? She said I don’t know what to tell you …. Guess what I left the store (never to return again).

Awful staff. Scheduled a booster for my elderly grandfather. Arrived before the appointment and the staff was rude, not helpful and made him wait an hour extra before giving it to him. He has issues where sitting too long puts him in pain and the staff didn’t care.

So I was in Walgreens on Rock Rd and Fee Fee and went in to grab a snack. The lady was very rude she followed us around the store and told us they were closing in ten minutes three different times. I felt very disrespected. The sad part was the manager watched the entire thing and said nothing.
