SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western St. Louis Airport

We had such a great experience at the surestay. Great breakfast, including waffles! The room was clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed. We will definitely be back. The shuttle service is a definite plus and the staff is nice and accommodating. Thanks again.

My son and I stayed at the Sure stay in St. Louis on February 23 and 24th due to a cancelled flight on the 23rd (weather related) and terrible experience on the 24th with Air Choice One out of St. Louis to Fort Dodge Iowa. The staff at the Sure Stay were the friendliest people and made a bad airline experience a pleasant stay. Hats off to Denise, Nettie, and some other girl that worked the front desk(sorry I didn't get your name but you gave me some baby aspirin) on the 24th in the afternoon. In addition to them the drivers: P.J., Matt, and Jim were extremely accommodating and all of the staff very friendly and helpful. One of the best hotel experiences ever!! The breakfast was good, shuttle awesome so we could eat at a variety of places (within 3 miles), and the price was very little considering all the perks!! Thank you so much!!!Keep up the good work and keep the shuttle. It is a great way to get around if you don't have a car and are unexpectedly stuck in a town you weren't planning on.

Handy place to stay and keep your car under cover when you fly from the airport. They have a convenient shuttle service to take you to and from the airport. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. They also provide a complementary breakfast.

We stayed the night before we left on our vacation trip to Alaska, they gave us a ride to Applebees for dinner, picked us up when we called, gave us a wake up call, the beds were so compy it made you not want to get out of it, they smelled so clean, the room was very clean, let us leave our car their for a smal fee while we were gone for 12 days. Shuttled us to the airport and picked us when we arrived back. Also never had to touch our luggage they did it all!! Also GREAT PRICES AS WELL AND VERY FRIENDLY!!!

My family and I had the most enjoyable evening with the staff of the hotel. Such a great and welcoming place for the value. We are in town to shop and visit family. Love the breakfast. The rates are great! Will definitely stay again.

I brought my entire team into the St. Louis area for a meeting and booked their conference room and rooms for each person. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very nice, including the conference room. We will definitely do this again!

I loved my stay here. Staff very friendly and professional. Stacey made sure we got whatever we needed. The hotel and rooms were clean and i have no complaints. I will stay here again no doubt about that.

Booked the place through Southwest close to $55 a night. Pretty much what you would expect for the price. Has breakfast, eggs, sasage, potato's, muffins, coffee, milk, toast, etc. Would stay here again.

The rooms was clean and well heated. The room bathroom was clean and the shower water pressure was great. The breakfast had a good selection. I would recommend.

SureStay at Best Western at Bridgeton was the greatest experience I've ever and the customer was simply amazing! Although we had a problem at check in, someone switched up the type of room that was reserved in my name, Jeanetta was an awesome customer service rep!!! She made sure all was fixed as well as helped all weekend.

Great stay at the sure stay , my first time staying at one . Room was clean and they have a really cool bar and restaurant on site . Percy the shuttle driver was very cool and enjoyable

We didn't rent a room, we used their parking for the airport, but our experience with the front desk and staff was exceptional! It was very close to the airport.
