Great medical facility. Very caring staff.

I had to complete a ct scan on my heart. The 2 guys assigned to the ct scan on 12/4/19 for my 1000am appointment was absolutely awesome. They did a fantastic job getting me through the scan. Thanks again guys

Very punctual. The facility is clean and parking was easy. Took no time at all to be checked in. Very nice.

Brandy the lab phlebotomist should not be doing this work. She doesn't know what she's doing. I've worked in medical for a long time and I know phlebotomy she stuck me where there wasn't a vein after I told her she wouldn't be able to get blood from there. Than she took blood from my other arm and left a big bruise and then she didn't label the tubes so now I have to go get it all repeated. I am filing a formal complaint with the hospital and I hope this incompetent person gets fired and sent back to school. I am moving out of St Louis real soon and will have these labs repeated to compare for accuracy. DO NOT LET BRANDY DRAW YOUR BLOOD SHE IS VERY FLAKY IN WHAT SHE IS BEING PAID TO DO!

I arrived at 4:19. It is now 5:09 and I still have been called for a blood draw that I had orders for.
Ridiculous. Worst service so far.
In fact, the phlebotomist didn't come out to call anyone for over 20 minutes. A coworker came by and said she couldn't be found. How can you just disappear for all most a half an hour.

I had a chest xray taken last year and a mistake was made entering historical data. It listed me as having a disease that I didn’t have. I’m having a difficult time getting it removed. This is serious.
