I went to school with the owners son, who is now the owner! This has always been & still is a great little hardware store! They have just about everything & have many items you won't find anywhere else! Very knowledgeable & friendly staff. They fix window screens & provide professional knife sharpening at very reasonable prices! Lawnmower blades scissors and knives professionally reground!

I have never had anything close to a bad experience here and am a long time customer. Only one time did they not have a part or tool and they sent me to a local wholesaler for a very old plumbing part. The people here are like family and I highly recommend this store for all of your hardware needs.

Been moved away for a few years, but Overland Hardware still has the same neighborhood store feel and great staff! They have items there that you're not going to find in the big-box stores, and the customer service is always top-notch!

#1 support your local hardware store in general, but Overland Hardware is fantastic. After wasting money at Home Depot, the guys at Overland had me in and out in 2 minutes for a fraction of the cost. Dont know why i didn't just come here first. SUPER friendly and helpful staff. That's worth it alone.

Overland hardware has everything you need for your home-improvement needs. Today we got mulch. We got replacement keys and graphite lube for door locks.

They have very competitive pricing in a wide selection of thousands of items to choose from.

This is the place to go when you need help - not just to buy something. My husband and I went in and described what we were trying to do and the woman who helped came up with a number of ideas. We didn't know what we needed, just needed to know how to accomplish what we wanted. I lived in Overland my whole life and my dad always went to Overland Hardware and now so do my husband and I. Absolutely the best hardware store in town. If you need to fix something at home they probably have the parts. They also help you find them, answer questions, offer tips and suggestions all while being fun, friendly, and just plain awesome. This family run business is the place to go for all your home maintenance, gardening, and advice needs.

Very knowledgeable people, quick and always with a smile. Really appreciate that. Asked for hardware and the lady wrote all in a paper and got them herself...other places they just said ..go to isle 13 and good luck..ha ha ..I miss the old days when people care about the customer and give them good service, this place reminded me that. The staff in this store are amazing. I used to live just a few minutes away, but now that I'm further out I still stop in to the store regularly. Very helpful and friendly staff, and even if I'm just stopping in for a few screws, they take their time and make sure I get what I need. They also provide same-day service on a lot of things like mower blade sharpening and window replacement.

I have been a patron since 1966. I always go to OVERLAND HARDWARE first.

I had to write this review after the service I got here. I had a lawn mower that worked perfectly (won't mention the name brand) except the WHEELS kept falling off. $300 machine and they can't design it so the wheels stay on! Even though still under warranty,I didn't want the company to slap the same faulty wheels back on to "fix it". Plus paying shipping and handling and having to wait weeks for it to come back. All the while being ticketed for too high of grass..... So I brought it to overland hardware and THEY fixed the wheels for me. Problem finally solved! They had it back to me in 2 hours, and it didn't cost much at all. 5 stars to you overland hardware! Thank you so much for a job not only well done, but quickly and cheap. Awesome! ☺

Love this place. It's an old timey hardware store that still cuts glass, screens windows, and sharpens chainsaw blades. They offer extensive services with all the hardware essentials you expect from a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Put all of that under one roof and add that wonderful hardware store smell, and you get ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from me.

Overland Hardware is legit. Friendly and knowledgeable staff along with a seriously impressive array of household items, building supplies and small to medium tools, bits, blades etc. And what they carry is not cheap stuff by any stretch! Not to mention seasonal lawn and garden items, grass seed (without insane brand markup prices like big box) and even services like lawn mower blade sharpening. If I think Overland has it, I’m going here over the big box just to support local businesses. If you’ve never been, you gotta go once to check it out!

No other hardware store compares to Overland Hardware! The employees her have such knowledge about so many issues you may have home, garden and so much more. Some many times workers could explain something for me or tell me how to take it apart for them to rework the item. Always friendly and trustworthy. I can see why my father came to this hardware store for over fifty years. I appreciate the hands on help. You can't get that at the big box store hardware stores.

I love Overland Hardware so much! Highly knowledgeable staff, they offer amazing services like cutting glass for windows, and they have the highest professionalism and customer service standards. Not to mention, they're in the neighborhood and have saved me from going to home depot more times than I can count. Love you guys! Please stay in business forever!

Wonderful store! Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. I've taken two lamps and they have repaired both and were reasonable. Great store!
