Cross City RV Park

Quite, large lots, clean and well maintained. Pull thru sites large enough that we didn’t have to unhook. Owner super nice and helpful. Definitely recommend! Will stay again if in this area.

2023 update- not a lot has changed, which is good. Blessed, nice, quiet, clean RV park for an easy overnight or longer stay. Call ahead! Easy access, overnight stay. Gravel lots, full hookups, close to interstate, but very little road noise. Call ahead, some long- termers parked there, but all seems clean & well maintained. Very nice, helpful gentleman checked us in. Full bath facilities also available.

Wow! What a perfect little campground. We were ready to stop for the day, and Jim had one spot left. Pull through, full hookups, 30 and 50 amp service, with the nicest southern gentleman you could ever hope to meet. Feeling blessed.

This was such a great find for us. We needed a place where we could pull through & not have to unhook our tow. This is a small park but has everything you need for overnight. The owner is super nice. He meets you as you arrive & directs you to your site. He is so nice, I wish we could stay longer. I highly recommend this park.

The park is perfectly kept, includes conveniences like laundry and bathrooms, etc.; the owner is so accommodating and such a true gentleman. Takes good care of his campers and customer service is above reproach. I would recommend this for extended stays, as well as overnights, easy in and easy out. Conveniences nearby.

We have been full time traveling in our RV for over 10 years. Rarely do you find a reasonably priced campground for quick one night stays anymore. We found one here! The owner greats you outside as you pull in so he can say hello and let you know what site to go to. If you are a smaller 30amp RV expect to pay about $24 for a night. Sites are good size with modern full hookups. No pool, workout room, or other facilities, just a great little friendly place to spend the night.

Simply Awesome Stay (23-26 Sept 2021)! Everything was perfect. Was our maiden voyage and had a 'pull-through' which helped - had a TT before this one and never stayed at a pull through. Full hookup, all amenities were tops. Thanks Mr. W.!

Mr. Jim is one of the kindest people and campground owners we have met. The campground is clean and the location is good. We were traveling in a motorhome with a tow vehicle.

We work full-time out of state so it's always nice to find a good campground. This was a very well-kept camp. Awesome people. It was very reasonably priced. The owner was such a nice gentleman. Checked on us making sure everything was alright. Such a great find

What a great little campground! Perfect for a stop over , level wide spots with very little road noise , washer and dryer and nice clean unisex restroom. Jim is super nice and helpful and prices are super reasonable! Check it out!

We needed a place to stop for the night on our way through the area. We did not pre-arrange where we would stop, just winging it for when we got tired. The owner was so nice and helpful. We were going to be arriving after dark and after hours. He asked us to call ahead and he'd meet us there. He drove us to our site and assisted with us hooking up. We only used electric but it was nice to see that all of the water spigots were pre-insulated. The area is quiet. The road noise wasn't bad at all and it was nice waking up to hear birds chirping. For only $24 for the night!!

This was the last stop on a 5300 mile trip and was the best campground of all. Jimbo was a great host and cared about his campers there. I highly recommend this rv park.

Excellent little RV park. Owner, Jim, keeps it nice and clean, and he's a kind gentleman. The only amenity is the porch swing. So much to see and do nearby! We hope to come back.

We stopped in for one night on our way to Alabama and were accommodated promptly and kindly. This park is clean, has full hook ups, quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend!

Wonderful spot! We stayed here one night on our way home from out west. What a gem! The owner couldn't have been nicer. Price was amazing. Sites are level with nice gravel and full hookups. There are bath facilities in the main building. Very quiet and peaceful location. Would definitely stay again.

Very affordable, quiet, simple little campground.
They have power and sewer hookups for your camper.
They also have a shower house if needed.
I'd definitely stay here again when back in town.

This is a great little campground and the people that run it are extremely friendly and helpful. We stopped here for one night on our way back home. The sites are gravel and fairly level with plenty of room. The campground is clean and well maintained. A full hookup 50 amp site was only $24, what a great deal. I will definitely stay here again if I am ever passing through again. I don’t know about the facilities because I didn’t use them. Our site was a pull through that was long enough we could stay hooked up to our 33’ travel trailer.

We were traveling from Indiana to Louisiana in April 2022. We spent three nights at Cross City RV in a 38 foot motorhome with a tow vehicle. Our site was large enough for both. Mr. Jim was one of the nicest owners we have ever met. When I lost the keys to my tow vehicle and realized it at our next destination, he offered to bring the keys or meet me somewhere in between. The park is clean and safe. We will definitely be back to visit Mr. Jim when we are in the area.
