Holiday Inn Express & Suites St Louis Airport, an IHG Hotel

I had pretty much given up on Holiday inn. never accommodating, usually dated... but the price was pretty good and so were the reviews. turns out they were well deserved. the staff were very accommodating. kudos to Lewis for giving my room request and to a front desk girl who seemed to actually care that our shower dispenser was broken. went back at night, it was fixed, room straightened. the bed was great. will stay there again. good job team!

My wife and I stayed here for two nights. First, our compliments to the staff. Checking in was perfect- the nice woman at the front desk helped us get the room we wanted. We were there early, and she gave us the option of a room available then, or the one that we were booked for a little later. The room itself was nice and clean. We loved the space. I think the designers could have spent a bit more effort in furniture layout. We were in a larger room, and it was great, but had the same furniture of a small room.

The breakfast room was better than most Holiday Inn Express locations. The options were better, and the attendants were friendly and proactive in keeping everything clean and full. This is what you want as a traveller.

The location is convenient. We didn't take advantage of the shuttle, but it always seemed to be available. We were visiting friends, and there was no problem parking in the lot or driving around.

We'd stay again. Our thanks to the staff.

Stayed here for a night after a week in one of the downtown hotels. Staff here were superb, great hospitality. Accommodating in all ways with extra sheets and a late late checkout made due to a sickly member of our party. And the condition of the place, so much better! You can tell the people here care about this place and every person that walks through their doors.
Head and shoulders better than the previous namebrand hotel we stayed at. In service, quality, and pricing. Id rather stay here, pay for the uber, and go to the games than deal with the rude, rundown, pricy establishment 6 blocks away from the stadium.

Very helpful staff, very clean room. Only 4 stars for location is because it's by the airport and the area is busy and not to appealing but, nothing on the hotel itself, and I did not hear the planes, so peaceful sleep. Will stay again when in the area, for work.

It's always nice to be pleasantly surprised on business travel. The rooms were clean, the staff was extremely friendly and professional and the hotel provided everything I could want or need while working. I'd definitely stay again!

People working at the front desk were very nice. Employee named Kay was especially so kind and deserves a raise! Her humanity was refreshing! Clean and quiet hotel... I'd definitely recommend.

The most friendly staff I have ever encountered! ALL OF THEM seemed genuinely concerned with my stay and how they could make it better. Clean rooms, great location, just. 2 min shuttle ride to the airport.

The front desk assistant manager was very nice and informative about the surroundings and made my visit very comfortable and safe! I was greeted with smiles even from the 3rd shift staff! Both ladies in the morning were very helpful with checking me back in since I had to extend my stay! Everyone spoke highly of the management team and the housekeeper who cleaned my room was very nice and helpful as well! Clean hotel! I would give it 10 stars if it was a option and I will always choose this hotel for my future stays!

Overall good experience with some noise due to the cars and vicinity to the airport, rooms were good, service was excellent and on point and they had a good breakdown on what they offer. The location is a lil farther than what other hotels are at but it makes it worth it still if you got the cash.

Staff very friendly. Good breakfast comes included. Easy pickup and drop off from airport. Easy walk to car rentals. For the value, best choice by the airport. Room was clean, everything worked, bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice, etc. Definitely recommend over the Hilton and Marriott down the street.

Great service from the staff. I had issues plugging in my electric car but they helped me figure it out. They also gave us a ride to dinner so that we didn't have to drive.

As a trucker I value a warm and comfortable place to stay while traveling. This hotel is clean and easy to get to. Lorrie was very professional and pleasant. Her smile and attitude was welcoming and even let me get a room for early check in! Each and every time I'm in St. Louis I will be staying here! thank you for a great experience.

The staff at this location were wonderful! They were super kind checking in and just in passing. The room was cleaned well, and the amenities were great. The bed was actually super comfortable making it easy to fall asleep. Now, if you're like me and don't mind a bit of ambiant outside noise you're not going to have any problems staying here, however, if you can't sleep without complete silence I would't recommend this place to you since the airport is right across the road and there is heavy traffic noise all the time. Overall I was very satisfied with my stay here, and if I need to be in this area in the future I would be happy to stay again.

Very comfortable beds. Nice room. Harry and staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good, and fresh. Hotel was very clean, and attractively decorated. Didn't have time to swim or workout, but pool and exercise room looking good. Very close to Airport.

The man at the front desk gave me my room as soon as I got here at 8 AM. I told him thank you because I'd probably be living at 10 PM the same night. He understood a stay in one hotel pretty much every night in a different city. Probably 300 days out of a year and I would say this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. And I stayed in five star hotels thank you

I cant express enough how comfortable and accommodating this hotel is! Bryan and every other staff member I encountered was very sweet and helpful. I am impressed by the continental breakfast as well. I was shocked to see that they had turkey sausage as an option. Most continentals I've experienced only offer pork for breakfast. The bed was so comfortable I almost didn't want to leave! I will absolutely revisit as well as recommend to others! Keep up the great work!
