Best Western Plus St. Louis Airport Hotel

i came in last night and the most helpful, attentive, kind receptionist (I think his name is Shannon) greeted me. It was about 1:00 in the morning and I’m sure he could tell it’s been quite the day for me. He provided me with a room within minutes and reminded me several times that if there’s anything he could do for any of us guests in the lobby, to let him know. I was also traveling alone and as a young female it can be scary. He informed me of all of the security cameras outside and that he keeps an eye on the doors at all times. We need more employees like him so THANK YOU SHANNON!!!

3rd time staying here. We have used their airport shuttle everytime and left our vehicle here in the lot while out of the country for a week. All has been great. Never had to wait long for our rides. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Keep in mind you can definitely hear all the outside commotion which is to be expected given the location. We definitely will continue pick this place everytime we travel.

Every employee is amazing! Professional, friendly and helpful. Josh, Matty, Kitty, K, April and the girl who works overnight a few times (forgive me for not remembering her name), the housekeeping staff, and maintenance, the lovely woman who does breakfast, all of you were wonderful to my family and I. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed. I highly recommend!!!

My family and I took a weekend trip to St.Louis. We chose to stay the night at the Best Western Plus. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly host, who got us checked in fast, and provided very good information. The room was very clean and smelled great. About 30mins after arriving we decided that we wanted a snack and drink. We went down stairs and to my surprise they have a very large variety of options. The breakfast was also very good, the only issues I had was the small area in which the "buffet style food is located in"

Broke down on the way to Illinois, checked in at 3:00 am, the girl working the desk was great. After calling around the next morning, trying to get the car fixed and finding out that it was going to be Tuesday before we could get the parts we called front desk prior to check out time to extend our stay which was no problem 20 mins later some lady from house keeping just flung our door open with no knock or call out to see if anyone was in the room. After yelling for her to stay out, I went to the door to say we extended our stay. All she said was yes, I see that now. No apology.... very rude and unprofessional. Will not stay her again.

Very nice hotel. I stayed here two nights. Comfortable bed. Hot shower. Clean room. Very nice lobby and breakfast area. Hot breakfast buffet with 24/7 coffee. I would absolutely stay here again when I am back in St Louis which is probably likely.

As a returning guest when work brings me up I have had the chance to stay at multiple hotels around the area, Best Western has the cleanest rooms compared to the previous competitors I have stayed with and some of the front desk agents here are bilingual! If that isnt great service (on top of quick check ins) then I don't know what is. I have convinced my colleagues to stay at best western during their travels also and they always have a great opinion once they are back. I am glad to say i am a best western connoisseur for life!

I’m feeling like this should be at least a three, if not, four star hotel. My room as very nice, clean, comfortable, and spacious. AC worked great. Bed was so comfortable. Warm and friendly service at check in and conveniently located to airport with free shuttle. Excellent experience.

Stayed her for impromptu small trip. Karthik who worked the front desk at night is the best staff member here! He’s amazing and made sure we had all we needed. Great overnight stay.

Great hotel close to the airport and car rental hubs. Very clean rooms and helpful staff.
Breakfast selection was one of the better ones I've had at hotels. We even had grab-and-go options when checking out prior to breakfast hours, plus 24-hr coffee.
Left an item in the room and didn't notice until I was out of state. Housekeeping found and kept my item, and was able to ship it to me very quickly.
Will definitely be staying here again when visiting.

Yes please give BEST WESTERN PLUS AIRPORT a try..... The actual room was more modern and 3x better than Hilton #Frontenac & #Doubletree
Yes the room was GREAT huge comfy bed , CLEAN , roomy, Gym nice clean, courtesy parking & hot breakfast..... which they will be providing even healthier options soon..... Prayerfully they include #vegan #glutenfree & vegetarian ....... I recommend 5/5 Stars.... whomever Owns & Mgmt. understands what guest truly need in a budget friendly hotel experience! BOOK NOW

The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the lady at the desk who checked us in was cheerful and welcoming. The shuttle driver Mike was really helpful and pleasant. My friends wallet had fallen out of her purse on the way to the airport without her knowing, and Mike found it and returned it before leaving the curb. He also gave me a shuttle ride back to the hotel and was polite and pleasant at all times.
The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend it.

The hotel was absolutely clean in all areas. It was nice and quiet. The room was big compared to other hotels I have stayed.. It is relatively new. All staff were cordial, helpful, and pleasant. The breakfast was good and offered a multitude of unresistable items. I appreciated the availability of the business center with computers with printers so I
could print my airline boarding pass the night before my flight. Also noteworthy, is the availability of microwaveable food items you could purchase to prepare in your room. It is located right next to the car rental where I dropped off my car and directly across I70 and the Southwest airlines terminal. They provided free shuttle service to the terminal. Also. noteworthy is that I was the only person on the shuttle bus and the driver was really nice, friendly, and helpful.

This place was amazing. Very nice staff. Quick check in and check out. The room was very nice. Good variety of breakfast items and there's a nice little place where you can get snacks. Plus there's a pool which is a bonus. Overall a very good experience.

It was a cool February night,we'd just drove for 3 hours.
The hotels and motels were plentiful,but not any rooms available.
I assumed being as close as it was to the airport it would cost an arm ,leg and a fraction of my soul to stay here!
They actually had open rooms,had a shuttle to the airport gates for free.
I usually fly out of Springfield mo.
It's a lot closer.
But I needed a ticket fast and had to fly out asap.
Dad's been sick in the hospital in north Carolina.

They were very clean and could tell they were in good upkeep as far as maintenance goes.
Parking lot was clean and visible to see,less theft problems that way.
Service in facility was great!
If I ever need it I will definitely daty here again.

This hotel’s interior was absolutely gorgeous! Me and my family were looking for a quick place to spend the night, and this hotel exceeded our expectations. With the professionalism and willingness from JR, the front desk worker, to get us the most comfortable and convenient price for the night, we were sold! Upon entering our hotel room, our high expectations were not let down: the room was clean, tidy and, once again, aesthetically pleasing. To the person/people who’re reading this review, I swear I’m not exaggerating lol. This place is beautiful and I’d highly recommend it to my friends and other family. I’m definitely coming back here!

We stayed here for four days and we have no complaints.
The hotel smells nice, the rooms are clean and comfy, lots of light in the parking lot, the breakfast was fresh and delicious and they have a super friendly staff!
I can’t stress enough, super friendly staff!! Every single person was polite, helpful and just wonderful from the front desk, to transportation drivers, the breakfast folks and housekeeping!
We will definitely be staying here next time we come to St Louis!

We stayed here for a quick overnight stop. We chose it because it was on the western edge of St. Louis. It was a little tricky to get into the lot, due to some construction, but it was definitely worth it! We were greeted promptly and had all our questions answered. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was awesome. Hot food, lots of choices, and fresh fruit. Highly recommend this hotel.

Needed a last minute place to stay after my flight was canceled during the recent winter storm. This hotel was extremely clean and I was able to procure a room with two queen beds for around $65. The bathroom was absolutely huge and again extremely clean. The general manager met us and checked us in at the lobby and she could not have been nicer. I would recommend this location as it's right across the street from the airport if you are looking for a place to stay near that site. Pretty good food places close by as well to grab something to eat.
