Golden Realty

I bought a bank owned home from Golden realty. The transaction had some bumps but it was all the bank not Golden Realty. They stayed in touch with me through the whole transaction. Monica was so friendly and cheerful when I would call. I could not have felt more taken care of. I will definitely used them again and recommend them to all my friends.

Golden Realty was horrible to deal with on our home purchase. It was really like they didn't want to sell the house (or maybe not us). This is my 5th home purchase and she was by far the worst seller this Army Veteran has ever had to deal with. If I had the chance to do it over, I won't, I would have searched harder for a different home not involving her.

I'm a long time St Louis real estate investor and have dealt with dozens of realtors around this city. I've never had a worse experience than I did with Kathy Golden, the broker. I'd recommend anyone before her.

I still cannot believe what I as told a little while ago!
I am the buyer of one of Golden Realty listings. My agent could not get a clear answer on a closing data and I called them directly to inquire: the fist thing Susan Stuth, the co-owner of the company told me was that my agent was "a complete idiot".
