Big Lots

Finishing up my Christmas shopping and found a few extra gifts as well. But the nicest thing I saw, was a lady giving a gentleman her coupon to help with his purchase. After checking out that same lady ran out the store to bring me my bag I left behind.

Very professional and the Furniture Department was on Point. I forgot his name but he was very professional and he knew his furniture and gave me the best customer service. I will be back soon!

One of my go to stores for food staples or something I forgot while grocery shopping. Love their home decor. Staff is always quick when checking you out, they are always friendly. Store is clean. I love BL!!

I go here a couple times a month for household supplies, etc. LOVE Big Lots..not alot of people know about it, but I prefer this store over Walmart

Love this store but they need to have more sales...sometimes the store looks closed with no customers...over priced furniture not enough clearance items..

Just discovered this place near my apartment. They are light on fresh and healthy food options, but as for toiletries and bulk merchandise, the place is well stocked. Plus, I signed up for the rewards card and immediately received $5 off of my items. And the young lady that helped me was as sweet as could be.

I enjoy going to Biglots finding unique things from home furnishings to the decor. The candles smells really good too.

I love the St. Ann location. I am always greeted upon entering the store and there's always someone available to help if I have any questions. Their 20% off days are the BEST! The cashiers are always friendly and don't have an attitude.

My Vista went well I found everything I need the cashier was nice and fast.

I enjoy come to big lots. The sales associate is always courteous and helpful. I live in Florissant this is the close one to me. I thought I could get a good deal on an electric fire place. It look like you only had one but zI was looking for a deal like you had on black Friday. My furnace went out so I had to get that fix so I missed out on the deal for
$ 100.00 off. I love your great deals and that is what keeps me coming back.

They really know how to do Christmas! Big Lots has so much to make your holiday special. Once we picked out our tree and decorations, the lady at the register made sure we got all of our earned discounts. This is a store that really cares about their customers. I will go back again and again.

I came to this store for a mattress exchange with the 10 year warranty and am super happy with my experience. Regina and Larry were so helpful and friendly during the process from start to finish. The replacement mattress was ready for pickup and both Larry and Regina were ready to help with loading and completing the exchange at the register. Big lots. The place to shop. The only problem I have is there aren't enough of them. I drive a ways. But, it's worth it. They have any and everything you need. The prices are great. The employees are very helpful, and will go out of their way to help you. I was having a bad day when I arrived. I had just had surgery 2 days before. So I was feeling pretty bad. The girl who checked me out was more than helpful. Needless to say, I left in a better mood than I arrived. And I will be sure to be back for what ever I may need. Store employee knew exactly where to find what I was looking for. The person I was buying the gift for was with me. The employee volunteered to leave item at the register for me and had it double bagged so the item couldn't be seen. Awesome customer service. I was in and out the store in less than 15 minutes.

I was welcomed with a greeting by two young ladies as I entered the store and that made me feel more appreciated when people acknowledge you right off the bat. I was able to find everything I was looking for and if I had a question about where something was, I was taken to the item. The shopping experience was quick and I didn't have to wait long in line.
