I should know. CC Animal Hospital has been taking care if my dogs and cats for over 30 years and I couldn't be happier.

I've been bringing my four-legged kids (dogs and cats) to Dr. Kronk and team for more than a decade. He always provides excellent care and I trust him completely. I've always had great experiences with other vets as well when he hasn't been available. I appreciate the fact that he and team are always there when I need them, especially in urgent situations. I want to thank everyone for their professionalism and care.

First, I greatly appreciate the fact that CCAH loves all animals and is on mission to help even the nontraditional pets. I have a 4 year old turtle who’s prior vet stopped seeing exotic pets. I was extremely worried that I wouldn’t find another vet that would see my turtle, especially if she got sick. It was a relief when I found CCAH. I was so impressed with the staff and am so grateful that they took as much investment into Ruthy’s health as I do. Ruthy is an important part of our family so her health and happiness is very important. It was a breath of fresh air to have a veterinarian and staff have the same values.

My Vet tech & Dr. Sandberg were Fantastic!! I've Never seen my Big ol 14 lb cat be so calm in the hands of another person, especially with Dr. Sandberg doing her exam as well. My cat Louie is a Super Scaredy cat & whenever I bring him to Creve Coeur Animal Hospital he's Always handled gently & we're both treated with kindness, care & compassion! Thank you so very much! This will now be my permanent veterinarian! 😃🐈‍⬛❤

We have used the services at Creve Coeur Animal Hospital since approximately 2008. They have always been kind and compassionate about our pets (Family fur babies) and our pets love the staff and Vets there. They are responsive, prompt and timely when it comes to care and treatment. We have 2 new adopted fur babies and wouldn't trust them to anyone else! They get a 10 out of 10 in our book!!

Creve Coeur Animal Hospital has been our Vet for over 30 years and many pets. We have found very good Drs there and a supportive staff. During 2023 we had several serious health issues with our 2 older cats. Doctors were attentive, knowledgeable, and great communicating with us throughout. We highly recommend them.

Dr. Kemp and the entire staff at Creve Coeur Animal Hospital are marvelous! We have been taking our dogs there for over a dozen years. They are friendly, thorough, professional and caring.

We always trust the people at Creve Coeur Animal Hospital to give our dog the best care available. We don’t hesitate to call on them and are never disappointed. We also are comfortable boarding her in their kennel. I highly recommend CCAH for any veterinary needs!

The best vets (and staff) ever— hands down!! We have seen both Dr. Kronk and Dr. Kemp and have been SO happy with their care for our pets. They explained everything in detail, answered all of my questions, and were so gentle and kind towards my pets. I recently took my dog to Dr. Kronk for a second opinion after seeing another vet and he caught so many things that the other vet missed or treated incorrectly. My dog looks better than she has in quite a while because of his careful attention to her. We have also used the office for our rabbits with wonderful experiences. I can’t recommend them enough and am so grateful for Creve Coeur AH!

Oh my gosh!!! Such a great staff!!! I took my sweet bunny here for the first time as he had something wrong with his eye. It’s like I took him to a family member to take care of him. Such a great place. Very well organized, and they do boarding!! I will be back and have other pets as well. Was glad they were able to fit me in. Yah!! Great vet as well and the assistant had some great hair. :). Thank you!!

I LOVE creve coeur animal hospital. They are fear free and really do everything they can to make sure the pets have a good experience. When I first got my rabbit I had a hard time finding a vet near me that could take rabbits since they're considered ‘exotics’. The first vet I tried was very rough with my little bunny and it scared me. I found Creve Coeur Animal Hospital and the Vet is so gentle with my bunny, I can tell she has his best interest in mind. You can tell the vets genuinely care about each animal they see.

I once had a very reactive dog we'd have to muzzle during visits. Dr. Sandberg was very calm and professional even with my dog's nervous/potentially reactive behaviour. Dr. Sandberg's calm demeanor helped prevent my dog's behaviour from escalating.

After she passed, I recieved a wonder recognition & letter from Dr. Sandberg. I know my dog wasn't easy to love from a veterinary perspective, but I do believe that every animal is loved from this facility.

Another dogs I have see any of their vets (because they aren't as picky-pants as my previous dog), and my experience has been the same: caring, knowledgeable vets who take great care of my furry children.

The supporting vet staff are all so nice! You can tell that they really do love what they do. I only hope my animals can bring as much joy to them as they have to me by making our experiences so wonderful.

I always recommend this place whenever the opportunity arises. Please keep up the fantastic work!

The staff is so friendly and very caring. I trust that you have Kali's best interest at heart. I can tell that she' loved there. When we pull up her tails wags like crazy.

I absolutely adore and am eternally grateful for Creve Coeur Animal Hospital. It's taken me some time after my sweet soul-cat's passing to find the strength to write this review:

I would highly recommend the veterinary staff, specifically Dr. Kayleigh McCowan and Dr. Claire Ronnie. Truly, the care and compassion that they had individually and as a team for my sweet Boomer was beyond what words can express (coming from a writer). The love these veterinarians and technicians have for their patients and their families is felt from the moment you walk through the door and again when you're in a private room.

Dr. McCowan and Dr. Ronnie both checked in regularly to see how Boomer was progressing with his medications and health habits, especially as his condition stabilized/improved over the last few years, then the last few months, and finally during the last few weeks of his life, when he began deteriorating due to the progression of his heart failure. They truly tried everything in their power to help him and care for him, and I cannot express how grateful my entire family was and still is for that.

They also made Boomer's passing as tranquil and comforting as possible for him and my family. Dr. McCowan sat on the floor next to me and Boomer through his official passing, and I cannot begin to express how much that will mean to me forever. She also stayed in the room on the floor with him to make sure his body wasn't going to be left alone, when we left to say our final goodbyes before he was taken to be cremated. I know that was such a simple action and request from me, but that action alone was something has forever sealed how I feel about this special veterinarian practice and veterinarian. Dr. McCowen and her staff are truly so special.

Dr. Connie and Dr. McCowen checked in on me and my family after Boomer's passing as well, which we will forever love.

Any pet family that gets to visit these doctors and their staff in the future should know that they are in the best possible hands for veterinary care. I have nothing but love and the highest respect for the staff of Creve Coeur Animal Hospital.

Brought my Sulcata Tortoise in for a respiratory infection. They were wonderful! Definitely recommend to anyone who needs a great exotic animal vet!
