Josh and the entire staff at this Colfax, NC store are always very courteous and willing to help with any needs or questions. A great variety of quality items at decent prices. A grown man's candy store!

Visited the Colfax NC location today. It was a pleasant surprise to have such friendly service and great atmosphere to shop in here. Cashier 306681 is a beautiful energy. I look forward to my next visit here.... Oh ya, plenty of deals and a great clearance area..... Holiday Season and they have plenty of merchandise on sale. Winter is gonna be very different this year. So get your 23,800 BTU kerosene heater on sale for 149.00 normally 179.00 now. And Propane heaters asap. 5 gallon kerosene fuel cans 32.00. Do say I didn't warn you! Plenty on shock....

Working out of town and found out I needed a lock out tag out lockset. I tried every tool, hardware, and safety supply that I could find but no one had it. I stopped at Northern Tool and they didn’t have it either. However, Sol in customer service helped me find one on Amazon (that didn’t show up in my own search) that I could get delivered the next day. Sol saved my bacon! She went above and beyond - that is what exceptional customer service looks like!! Thank you Sol!!!!

It was on sale and my vehicle is in for repairs. I kept telling myself it will be off sale. I finally had to pay the shipping fee. Hurt but the sale off would have been also.

It is unusual to walk in a store for the first time and hear someone say "Good morning, can I help you?". That person was Jennifer. Her smile and willingness to help me meant everything.

She listened to what I needed, and said "follow me and I'll take you back there". She took my small chainsaw back to the repair shop, and asked the technician to sharpen my blade. About 15 minutes later, he came out and handed me a finished job.

Good customer service is becoming rare. I give Jennifer at Northern Tool in Colfax, NC an A+ for making me feel at home. She set the tone with cheerful helpfulness. I appreciate that kind of treatment, and I'll return to this store.

Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very engaging. Called ahead to check availability for an impact wrench, within a minute of entering the store the front desk already had a sales rep in the Milwaukee aisle pulling my purchase for me. This will be my go-to location in the future.

Good store, we’ll organized and room to move. Typically have a good selection of items. They have a bigger selection online that can be shipped to the store for free for pickup. Good location, but leaving the parking lot is terrible.

Have not had a problem with anything I purchased from northern. Always good quality and a good choice. I like I can just pick up my IPad and order with confidence.
