My family has been with Sheppard Insurance for 10 years now. We use them for everything, our Home, Auto & a personal insurance policy. Every single one of the staff are so easy to talk with and take care of you in a way no other insurance company has ever done for me. They are caring and work to find you the best coverage and are very responsive. I wouldn't ever switch to another insurance group. Can't say enough good things about these wonderful folks!

I highly recommend Sheppard Insurance Group! As a small business owner they saved us a great deal of money. I had shopped insurance and kept getting really high quotes. At Sheppard Insurance, they looked into the issue to determine why the insurance premiums were coming back so inflated. We had some issues with a fire inspection. We corrected all of the issues, got reinspected and our rates became reasonable. They were the only company that took the time to realize something was not right and helped us prior to ever switching our business to them. I now have all of my insurance needs in Asheville covered through them.

Have had our business policies with these ladies for 6 years (maybe longer, goes by so quick :)) and they have always had our back! Each year another insurance carrier will quote it and they can never even come close, so we get a fair deal right off the bat! Customer service and community care is top notch.
