It is a good place to have your teeth taken care of. The office staff is friendly and easy to work with. The Hygienist are caring and careful. I only saw the dentist once, at that time she was real thorough and made sure my denture fit well.

I highly recommend Dental Care of Greensboro! My husband and I have had such positive experiences here. The staff is incredibly friendly and skilled, making each visit comfortable and efficient. One thing we especially appreciate is their flexibility with scheduling – it's so convenient to find appointments that work with our busy lives. Overall, a fantastic choice for dental care!

Had the best cleaning done with Memoree absolutely would recommend her all the time as well Dr.Hernandez very thorough examination and giving a clear understanding of home care. Loved the front office ladies upfront were very easy going and friendly. Would definitely recommend this office to everyone

I’ve had a very pleasant experience with Dental Care of Greensboro. Ive had my teeth pulled out for the very first time here and though I was nervous, the staff helped me calm down and assured me that it’ll be fine. Dr Gross and his dental assistants are very competent and provide excellent customer service all while making you feel comfortable! The front desk workers were very welcoming and helpful and even took the time out of their day to help me with a payment plan. Will definitely be switching to dental care if Greensboro.

I had a great experience accompanying my son yesterday for a dental procedure. The entire staff was patient, helpful and caring. Thank you Dr. Gross and staff for meeting our needs. Kindness is so important when you need it most.

This location is amazing. Well organized, super clean and friendly. I even gained a sister at this location!!!! I called in with the most horrible attitude and I was completely WRONG…yet they remained professional and understanding. I LOVE THIS TEAM AT DENTAL CARE OF GREENSBORO! Check them out you guys will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. !!!!!

I called the office at 8:30 in extreme pain. They told me to come in at 9:00. The pain was so bad I needed medication just
to get an x-ray. By this time I was ugly crying because of the excruciating pain. My tooth was pulled in no time. The dentist and every single employee was warm and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. This was the best experience I’ve had visiting a dentist.

Great Dental Office Staff! Clean and pleasant facility. Great experience with Dr. Gross, and his technicians. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They made me feel comfortable and confident that all would go well with my procedure, and it did go well. I will definitely be back. ☺

Excellent Service!
I am visiting my daughter and live out of state when I developed a strange feeling in one of my molars. I took a shot with this office because they participate in my insurance plan. I could not be happier with my experience. As soon as I called for an appointment the office staff was very friendly and gave me an appointment for the next morning. Dr Hernandez diagnosed my problem to be a cracked tooth and they actually had time to fix it that morning. After a brief wait for them to check on my insurance my bill was explained to me and I agreed to go ahead with the procedure with a small copay. It was amazing that they actually have the technology to create your crown in office . My techs Ali and Jackie work
well together and were very pleasant and professional. Dr Hernandez was very patient
and gentle.
I left a couple hours later with my new crown, no more pain and a wonderful experience. Thank you all very much!

Loved my first visit. Been going to the dental build since I was 5. I'm 62 now. They didn't take my new insurance and forced me to pick a new Dental office. I chose right. Great hours, close to my work, great dentist, great hygienist, great office, great assistants. Loved loved my first appointment. Thank you all.

This dentist is amazing! I felt like everyone at my appointment had the best interests of me and every patient there in mind. Everyone talked to me and made me feel happy which distracted me from the pain. I’m definitely glad I switched to this location!

While healing I am using a wheelchair. This wonderful office was very kind and accomodating to still do an exam, xrays and treatment. Dr. Rodriguez and all staff are exceptionally skilled and compassionate. So grateful l to have found them!

He listens to your concerns and after examining your teeth, he goes over recommendations with treatment options. There is no pressure and I feel that I’m getting the best dental care available. I am very pleased with the service that I receive from all of the front desk staff and all of the dental assistants. If I had to recommend going to a dentist at this particular office it would hands down be Dr. Gross. I started going there years ago before he was there. I’ve seen his associate a few times because she had earlier appointment times. If I could rewind the hands of time, I would’ve waited for his schedule to clear. Dr. Gross is the best dentist I’ve had in my 44yrs on this earth.

I do NOT like going to the dentist. However this experience was very pleasant. Since changing insurance I’ve been searching for a new place. One made me wait well over an hour and one only saw me as a $ sign. This practice sees you as a person & treats you like a friend. The entire staff was friendly & accommodating. Id give more stars if I could… I even drive 45 minutes to get there. Well worth it!

I just moved to the area, everyone was so nice and helpful! They also have comfortable chairs in the procedure rooms.
