Wonderful customer service and this store has to be by far the best one in Greensboro. They are always well stocked as well as the aisle are clear of items & restocks. Their customer service is superb

I did a pick-up order and it went great! They had the item in stock, picked it quickly. The pick-up process was quick and easy and I'll definitely do it again! Thanks!!

this is my favorite target in greensboro. usually well stocked and great customer service. today the pickup was filled with almost every spot taken and only one male employee with long hair working pick up. This employee deserves all the praise and recognition and i hope that his management sees this and praises his hard work ethic while being short staffed. He was rushing around and doing the best he could while still trying to be very kind to everyone, even though i’m sure he ran into people complaining. I can only imagine how stressful it was to do alone but he handled it like a pro and didn’t slow down. I wish i had had cash to tip his efforts but I hope that target shows him they value him as an employee after today!

Had a great experience at the customer service desk and the cashier in line. Especially how patient and kind they were assisting an elderly customer before me.

This target 🎯 store self checkout was definitely worth going to because of the staff member was a complete help, she didn’t mind helping me with my checkout, I wish I knew her name but she knows who she is, she was working the night shift in self checkout. I’ll definitely will be coming back whenever she’s working because I know she wouldn’t hesitate to help a customer to make it easy on both sides.

Love this 🎯 store. The staff are always friendly. They have wonderful seasonal gifts, 🍬🍭 candy and decor for any home or occasion. Great mens, women's and baby 👔👗 clothes selection. Love the new grocery section and they have the best greeting cards. This location also has ♿ handicap accessible 🅿 parking, 🚻 restrooms, and entrances.

Target is my one-stop for almost anything for my home toiletry needs. Never a long wait, wide aisles for sharing. and sign posts located high above the aisles to help you locate your items quicker.

One of my favorite store to shop at when I'm looking for some good body wash and kitchen stuff also.

I’d bought a couple patio chairs, but needed to return them - I asked the customer service employee if they’d honor the 20% off that was in effect when I’d bought them, and she said yes. No hassle! When I found suitable replacements, another employee saw me about to lift them onto a cart, and he offered to carry them to checkout and then to my car!
This was the best customer service experience I’ve had in ages! Way to go, Target!

The best Target in Greensboro. My preferred location to shop.

After visiting a Target on Wendover, this by far is the best Target I've visited in Greensboro. I was approached to see if I needed help finding something when I must've looked spun around. The cashiers (I've visited this target more than once) were very friendly and welcoming. A world of difference from the Wendover location.

Can't go wrong with Target. Clean store, friendly staff, and easy to find items. Prices are great and I love the circle rewards program. Bathrooms were clean but the fitting rooms need a little TLC which I think they are gearing up for now. I also really like the book selection that's available.

a great Target! my first time here and it seems very clean and nice. considering how busy Targets tend to be i think that's really impressive! you should probably know in advance before visiting here (if you're looking for clothes) that the fitting rooms are only open currently Fri-Sun i believe. and i think they removed the seats to try shoes on in the shoes section. certain things like jeans and shoes are really impossible to buy unless you try them on, but, i understand that staffing is difficult during this time and they want to keep the store clean - still a great place with kind people and impressively tidy.

Andrew the associate that was working in electronics (phones) went beyond his area. We needed help with toys. He went to the back room to locate the toy that we needed. I appreciated his time and effort. We had visited the Burlington NC target and didn’t receive the same service as we did from the New Garden store from Andrew.

I just had one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time thanks to all the incredibly nice employees at the Target on New Garden. Every single person was pleasant, helpful, and had great energy. Whoever is managing this place is doing a great job finding the best people.
