Triad Dentistry

I’ve been to this office 3 or 4 times now and my attending Dr is Dr Santiago. I’ve grown to appreciate her professionalism, depth of knowledge and perspective during consultations as well as gentleness combined with precision and thoroughness of her work. In short, if she becomes your dentist- you will be in very good hands.
The office staff is very good. The front desk personnel is highly responsive and always follow up. All the assistants I met were excellent.
The only thing that I’d say could be improved is the wait time once I was in the dental chair and prepped for the Dr. Sometimes I had to wait for quite a bit.
Overall it’s an excellent dental practice and I have been very satisfied with their services so far.

Dr. Merrill is awesome and the new dental assistant, Reece, did a fantastic job! Front desk is always kind and attentive and happy to help with any questions. Highly recommend this practice!

I have always had an excellent experience at Triad Dentistry. I was seen by a new hygienist and a new dentist today and both were awesome. Very friendly and thorough. Both incredibly knowledgeable and I could tell have the highest skills. Would recommend Reece and Dr. Walker to anyone!

Today was my first visit at Triad Dentistry and it went great. The staff were very welcoming. Alisia did my comprehensive exam and I have to say I am very impressed on how thorough she was. Aliisia stated she didn’t want to miss anything and I believe it she was informative, answered my questions and I never felt rushed. I chose to go to Triad Dentistry because I followed Dr. Bailey Walker from her previous location. Dr.Walker is such an awesome dentist she is very knowledgeable, explains everything she does, always asks if I have any questions is happy to answer them and has such a comforting way about her. If you are in need of a great dentist choose Dr. Walker at Triad Dentistry you will not be disappointed.

I had my first dental visit today at Triad Dentistry and it was absolutely the best! From being welcomed at the front door and into the exam room! I can’t say enough great things about my first impressions with how Alisia made me feel welcomed and right where I needed to be. She explained everything so clearly and helped me through the entire visit. Dr. Merrell was great and explained very clearly. Would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for somewhere that treats you this well!

I have horrible dental anxiety, to the point of waiting as long as possible to be seen. When searching for a dentist Triad Dentistry continued to appear in searches. When I called to schedule, I explained my worries and was comforted by kindness and understanding. Lisa was always so pleasant to speak with. When I came in for my appointment I was taken back quickly and treated so well. Everyone I spoke with was kind and patient with my anxiety and put me at ease throughout my entire appointment. There are several options for treatment to help ease anxiety during appointments and were discussed with me. I am still anxious about the dentist, however this appointment put me at ease and I feel like I can trust Triad Dentistry with my future dental care.

My daughter really struggled with a procedure that was done. Dr. Sona and the entire staff treated her with an incredible amount of patience, grace, and kindness and were eventually able to complete the procedure. I was incredibly impressed by the way the entire team handled the experience.

I have a huge fear of dentist so I wasn't sure how this would go. To my great surprise the entire team is wonderful. From the sweet staff at the desk to Devon the hygienist to Dr. Hatcher they all were kind and understanding of my fear and concerns. They talked me through every step and option. Their compassion and care is top notch! Highly recommend Triad Dentistry to anyone looking for a dentist!

Dr. Santiago is a kind, compassionate down to earth dentist. I am so glad I went to her. She truly takes the time to know the patient as well as understand their financial limitations. I highly recommended her!! Deb Wells

I visited Triad Denistry for the first time today and I already Love the staff and the Dentist. I believe they call him Dr H. (Dr. Hatcher)

I had to have an extraction and was more than a little nervous. Devan made me feel right at home from the time we said hello until I left the office. She was very pleasant and made me feel at ease.

Dr H was so unexpectedly pleasant. I have had pleasant Drs/Dentist in the past. The difference was he didn't leave me out of the conversation at any point. He didn't just talk to the hygienist as if I were not in the room. That was refreshing.
And he was very, very thoughful and a gentle man.

What I really, really thought was special is when the receptionist (long blond wavy hair [ can't remember her name]) said "we are so glad you are here". I was like Wow, made my day even better.

A very welcomed experience, I almost want to visit them weekly just to say Hello🙂

It's like seeing an old friend every visit. Thoughtful and caring. Any pain normally associated with visiting your dentist is non-existent. They make sure of it. Not to mention no more snoring. Thanks to the Sleep Apnea division the coordiate with in house. Thanks Triad Dentistry!

Dr. Santiago is great! Everyone there is very personable. The office is very clean and uses the latest technology. I trust them with my smile! Would recommend!

AMAZING service. Receptionist Lisa is extremely kind, as well as all other staff. As someone with a fear of dental work and HIGH anxiety, I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I have been a patient since 1989. Through the transitions, Triad Dentistry has maintained the highest level of care, service and professionalism (attributes demonstrated by every member of their staff).

Triad Dentistry was amazing... from the receptionist, Lisa fitting my son in quickly to the dental assistant making us feel welcomed and giving us all needed information before and after my son's procedure. AND I must say, Dr. Hatcher was amazing! He took the time to make sure my son was comfortable and he talked to him throughout to let him and I know how far along he was in the process... very pleasant and professional dentist! In addition, the setting was very beautiful and inviting. If I could give more than 5 stars, my son and I definitely would! Highly Recommended!!!

This was my first visit and I couldn't have been more impressed; The front desk staff were kind and greeted me warmly. Stacey is a great hygienist who kept me informed every step of the way. Dr. Merrill alleviated concerns I had from a previous dental office I went to before. Thank you and I look forward to going here for all of my dental visits in the future.
