The UPS Store

Visited this location about 2:00 today to return a 50 lb. Kettlebell to Amazon. At 73, that’s a little hefty to carry far! Peyton helped me with it as soon as I got in the door. To return thru UPS would have required me to purchase a $12 box. I decided to return the item another way. Even though I didn’t use this UPS store, Peyton asked if he could carry my heavy package to my car. The epitome of good customer service is helping when it doesn’t benefit you financially just then. Thanks, Peyton. …..and UPS, hang on to this one! Raise his pay, promote him, whatever! Employees with good hearts make your business look good!!

I needed a notary for some name change paperwork after getting married and I went to other locations that didn’t have their notary there. This location was on top of it and very efficient! I will not go to any other UPS location anymore in town. This is the only place that I will be going for UPS services! They are awesome to work with and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Super easy and fast for Amazon returns. Staff are always sweet.

I see some folks are complaining about this location, and I don't quite see why. I am here several times a week. The staff is not necessarily warm or super friendly, but they are efficient and know what they are doing. In and out in under 3 minutes, I am happy, thank you very much! If I want a smile and a friendly chat, there are other places for that.

I was in this location today #2272 on 9/19. It was extremely busy but the two young black young ladies were doing a super outstanding job. Customer friendly service multi tasking waiting on Amazon returns and alerting the customers in line they will be taken care of as soon as possible.
I’m not surprised at this location is extremely customer friendly bit, because I was doing the week the manager Nick also shows a super service attitude. I own a business in the area and if I could I will steal these two young ladies in a heartbeat.

Efficient staff who don’t balk at my copious amounts of Amazon returns!

Pretty nice little place inside. I needed a notary and some documents printed. Steve, was super friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole process wonderful. Highly recommend this location

I've always had a good experience at this UPS store, but this past week a man named Quinn was helping another customer and myself and we were both so impressed by his excellent customer service and general kindness. He was super friendly and helpful and I made a reminder in my phone to make sure that I write a review and mention him because he deserves to be recognized. Thank you Quinn!! You're the best! :)

The staff at this UPS store go out of their way to help you. We have been going to the UPS Store for years, and have had no problems. I needed to get a package halfway across the country in less than 24 hours in order to get an apartment, and when it did not arrive on time, they actually called the apartment complex themselves, and told them of the situation and got my deadline for the payment extended.
Best customer service I have had in years. They REALLY care about their customers.

Where my bank failed me UPS came through. Quick , easy and friendly service. So if you need a notary, they are the place to go.

I went here to do a return for the first time. It was so quick and everyone was so nice. Keshira (sp?) helped take care of me and was so friendly.

Had to stop in and return a few items to Amazon. The young lady that waited on me was an awesome help as I needed to print a label for one of the items. Great job UPS store personnel. Well done!

Maureen did a fantastic job printing, packaging and sending a very important document that I need shipped. I was visiting Greensboro for the ACC Tournament. I was unfamiliar with the area. I needed to ship an urgent package. She was quick to offer solutions and very efficient. She took the stress out of the entire process with her professionalism. I would highly recommend Maureen and This UPS Store.

Called in with a complicated document print/delivery job from Canada. Not only did the staff assist with getting my documents printed but went above any beyond to insure that it was delivered on time and in a pinch.

Awesome location and friendly staff. I went to return an amazon rental textbook and hadn’t printed the return label prior to my visit. The only employee working up front went above and beyond to help me. 100% will return if I need to ship something in the future.

Paris at this location went above and beyond to assist me. I appreciate her parents professionalism and willingness to help. So thankful I live near this location I will definitely return and give them my shipping business
