I have always dreaded going to the dentist and stopped going for a long time. I am so glad I found this office! Everyone I’ve met that works in the office is compassionate and personable. Dr. Pope is fantastic as well. He is competent and provides excellent care but is also a really nice guy. Going to the dentist is no longer a negative experience. Highly recommend for anyone needing a new dentist!

This was my first visit with my new dentist and I was very impressed with the friendly staff (Shanda & Blake were very sweet and personable). Dr Pope was kind and nice and the service provided was done in excellence. So glad I was referred to this office, it was a great start to my day.

This is hands down the best dental experience I've had in my life. They were punctual with my appointment and entire staff was friendly and personable. I felt heard about my concerns, they took a personal interest, and the appt didn't feel rushed.

Excellent team of Dr. Pope and Shanda made getting 2 crowns a comfortable experience. They communicate exactly what to expect during the appointment and I can't recommend them enough. I am a new patient as my old dentist recently retired, and Pope Dentisry was recommended by a friend. Well worth the wait. 5 out of 5 stars!

Dr Pope and his staff are very professional, thorough and kind. You will get an HONEST no pressure assesment. His office has state of the art technology. I was able to get a crown in 1 visit.. no more temporary crowns! I give them 5 stars but I want to give them 10. I have been to a lot of dentists in my 65 years this was truly the best experience I have ever had.

A friend suggested when I was looking for a dentist, Dr Pope. I’m so glad he did. From the first check in with Melinda, I found this office very friendly and caring. Shanda, who did my X-rays was very gentle and it was the easiest I have ever had. When Dr. Pope came in, he was was so professional but had a caring attitude. I will recommend this dental practice to anyone. Definitely a 5 star practice!
I must admit that when I saw a negative review, I did worry a little, so I did tell them about it. Apparently, the people who wrote the negative reviews have never been patients here. I personally considered that the second bad review was a friend from the first person.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit at Pope Family Dentistry! I was greeted with an amazing and professional team that treated me like I was one of their own, even though it was my first visit. Monse was so kind and explained every step with patience and detail. She even helped me schedule further appointments for myself and my family! William checked my teeth and was very personable and kind. I didn’t feel like I was rushed or pushed out the door to get the next person in quickly. I felt extremely welcomed and cared for. Highly recommend this practice for everyone who is looking for a provider who cares!

I just moved to Greensboro earlier this year and found Pope Family Dentistry through a google search. They were super easy to book an appointment with even called back to get my wife and I in earlier than originally expected.

I had the pleasure of meeting Monse who was extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable right out of the gate. She surprised me with the level of detail she remembered just from seeing my wife earlier in the week. It’s nice to be treated as a person and not just another patient.

Dr. Pope had the same level of friendliness and was very thorough with his examination of me teeth. Overall, my wife and I are thrilled with our experience and look forward to becoming regulars.

Very welcoming when you enter to check in. The ladies are so sweet. Dr. Pope done a FANTASTIC JOB!!! The numbing process, I didn't feel no discomfort. He let you know each step or process that going to happened. I found my new dentist office!

Dr. Pope and his team are wonderful! I had quite a bit of anxiety prior to my tooth extraction today due to a poor experience at another local dental office recently, but the procedure ended up being quick, painless, and affordable too! Dr. Pope and Shanda were both incredibly kind, caring and patient during my visit. Shanda took the time to answer all my questions and explain post op care to me. The entire staff made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and they eased any anxiety or fears I’ve had regarding dental work. Pope Family Dentistry is by far the best dental office I have ever been to and I look forward to my next visit!

Yes! Yes. And Yes! This is definitely the Dental office to go to. The staff are amazing and so friendly. Dr.Pope takes time to get to know his patients and remembers things about them. All that on top of excellent high quality dental work. I also like how they take the time to explain to you what’s happening and what your options are. All the staff deserve a raise. I’ve worked with Shanda and Melinda specifically and they definitely do but the entire staff does an excellent job! I highly recommend making your next appointment with Dr. Pope and his team.

Dr. Pope and his staff are outstanding -- energetic, efficient, and easy to work with. They have an incredible range of technologies (like 3D scanners and printers for crowns and implants) that allows them to do almost all of the work in-house, which saves a great deal of time and money. Really glad I made the switch!

Drove up here from Knoxville, TN with immense anxiety about dentists. Dr. Pope and Shanda were exceptional. Shanda had wonderful bedside etiquette and so did Dr. Pope. I never felt any pain and that's a first for me! They got me in fast and I got two crowns made and a build up same day. I will drive 5 hours everytime I need to visit the dentist that's how worth it it was. Thank you Pope Family Dental!

I have to say I absolutely felt like a part of the Pope family after coming here and will be making them my regular dentist. Not only was I having issues with my insurance which they assisted me in navigating but they also helped correct dental concerns I have had for a long time. My first root canal and also a crown where done here. The root canal was near painless and in fact the healing is a bigger discomfort than the procedure was. On top of being so personable and professional they have gone above and beyond with investing in the overall care of their patient's with state-of-the-art tech imaging and same day dental technology. Plus I was allowed to see my crown be made which I highly was thrilled about. I would recommend Pope Family Dentistry to anyone I knew who wanted fast, reliable, and kind work done. 5/5 would recommend!

My recent experience at Pope Dentistry was excellent. Shanda, Dr. Pope, and all staff were friendly and accommodating. My procedure was quick, painless, and now I have a new crown to show for it. Thanks to all, and I will be seeing you again.

Dr. Pope's entire staff was awesome. If going to the dentist can be pleasant this was the trip. Had a tooth capped and painless. Dr. Pope's office makes their own crowns and they are beautifull. Tammy and Shanda, dental techs,
were very professional and a pleasure watching them work.

By far, the best experience I have had in a very long time with a crown replacement! 10.7.21 Had a routine cleaning done today. Danielle is superb! Best teeth cleaning ever! She was gentle, thorough, friendly and professional!
