Redwood Monroe

Have been moved in for a little over a month now maybe and have had no complaints. Any issues I’ve had Property manager Roderio has been extremely helpful. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a new place to move into.

Move in process was smooth all the way through and Rodiero was helpful, informative, and transparent about everything in Redwood. The neighborhood is wonderful and everyone is friendly. Been here for a couple months and I can’t complain about anything. I would recommend Redwood to anyone.

Effortless process and Rodiero was the best! His personable touch and His presentation without even seeing the apartment had me ready to sign . The tour of my possible new apartment was the Cherry on top! I applied, toured the apartment and neighborhood, got approved all within 45 minutes. I’m moving in 2 weeks! Run don’t walk to Redwood Monroe! Thanks Rodiero !!

The transition to move in was fantastic. The duplex itself is wonderful and I couldn’t be happier. The process to apply was easy and the manager talked me through any questions I had. It was very nice to be able to text with him. 100% recommend!

This was is the best move of our lives! Due to work we have moved 18 times! This move to Redwood, our forever home, is the very best of all! Rodiero Shambley has gone out of his way to give us the absolute best homecoming ever! We LOVE our new home & Redwood! Thank you ! First sunrise in our beautiful new home!

Redwood is a great little community. I have really enjoyed the professionalism of Rodiero. If you’re in the market for a great place to live come and give Redwood a tour.

My experience living at Redwood Monroe has been positive so far. I did everything online and never toured the complex. The site was simple to use. I did not see my apartment until the day I moved in. And the video for my floor plan looks exactly like my apartment.

The office staff are amazing! I recently put in a maintenance request because my shower-head cracked, and the staff responded within one business day.

Here are a few tips I wished someone would have told me before moving here:

-These are brand new apartments and mine had construction dust everywhere. I wish I would have hired professional cleaners to clean my apartment prior to me moving in. Be prepared to clean your apartment. Even the closet shelves and ceiling fans.

-There is red dirt in this region of NC. I never had experience with it until moving here. I wish I would have hired professional floor cleaners as well. It took me a very long time to clean the floors because they had red dirt on them.

Robert is the best. He is very knowledgeable in his field. Polite, patient and respectful. Having him as a maintenance professional gives me great confidence that my unit will always be in good hands.

I'm moving to Monroe and while trying to find my new home I ran across this place. I fell in love at first site. The office staff is wonderful. I'm planning to move here in three weeks. I have called the office more times then I should to feel at ease that my unit will be ready by June 4th for move in. Angel thank you for always being polite and I'm sorry again for always calling ..lol hope to hear from you soon.

Antoinette was patient and thorough. She was able to answer all of my questions in person and via email. Redwood Monroe is a beautiful community and I look forward to calling it HOME.

The property manager Mr. Shambley was amazing, and so helpful. Definitely one of the nicest people I’ve dealt with when it comes to rental properties.

Maintenance is quick to respond and eager to please. The team here always follows up to make sure I am satisfied.

Angelique did a wonderful job showing us the model and answering our questions. She's enthusiastic but not a pushy salesperson.

I had the best move in experience. Stacy was very polite and answered any questions or concerns we had. The staff are very friendly i would definitely recommend 10/10.
