This place is wonderful! The staff is amazing from the front desk ladies to the nurses to the physicians. I see dr allison alexander and she is stopping at nothing to figure out why I started having seizures. She listens to me, she genuinely cares, sends me to specialists when I need it & is the best primary care doctor Ive ever had. I never wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. I was skeptical at first because medicaid assigned me to go here but Im so glad I have this great team to see!

I genuinely can’t imagine how this clinic has any poor reviews. I am under the care of Erica Smith and she is the most attentive medical professional I’ve ever worked with. She is a listener, and never makes me feel like I am being rushed so she can tend to the next patient. I’ve been turned away by so many doctors unwilling to seek the greater cause of my chronic pain and she never made me feel unheard. 5 stars to this practice. Thanks for your care

Erica Smith is my doctor. She is thoughtful, very kind, respectful and informative and does her job as well as the other people that work here. She listens, converses with me. She does NOT deserve a bad rating.
She deserves these 5 STARS.
When Erica is not available I see one of the other female PA's. I have no problem with any of these ladies. They are all considerate and respectful as well.
Dr. Butler is great also and my grandson likes and has been seeing him since he was young.
I have been coming to this medical clinic ever since they first opened 10 years or more ago. This is a great medical office to come to.
All of the nurses, lab lady and all of the medical staff are nice to talk to and they try to help if they are able. None of the hard-working people here deserve a bad rating. I feel that they all deserve our respect as well. Sometimes when we are sick and are feeling bad, we as patients get a little cranky and fuss at someone, if I do that then I apologize as soon as I can. But I do not give any place or person a bad rating that is clearly not their fault.
If I need an appointment then I book at the checkout desk before leaving the facility. If I am in bad pain or labored breathing, I don't bother calling here - I quickly go to urgent care or to the emergency room and every place tells you this when you call on the phone.
I wear a mask and that doesn't bother me to do so when out. Hopefully it protects me from you and you from me and in turn I like the same respect and consideration.
I like how pharmacy's call these offices to have our medicines refilled. It saves me the hassle to do so. It is not always a medical facility's fault especially if someone else is handling the refill of my medicines.
As with everything, there is always a chain of command to go thru.

A 10 year patient. I have always seen professionalism and this office is very knowledgeable of my medical needs. I moved 2 hours away and still travel to their office. Amber Renn cares and takes every need seriously. Brad Butler goes above and beyond to care about your every need. The staff are very kind and compassionate when your sick and needs assistance. They are a medical service office which stands behind loyalty to their jobs. Thank you for your services.

My wife and I have used Angier Medical Services for almost a year now. The entire staff is professional, competent, and personal. This is a jewell of a place. If you need a home for medical services, look no further. This is the best medical practice we've had in years, and the bar is high as we've had very good service in other places in years past. Furthermore, my wife is very hard to please in the medical field, and she is completely satisfied. One final note, Dr. Butler is an amazing physician as I have seen few doctors who so effectively incorporate professionalism and personal concern.

I have been going to Harnett Health for several years. Allison is always concerned, and treats you like you are her only patient. She is amazing, and so is her nurse. The office staff is friendly.

I have used this office for over 10 years and have found the staff and my primary care provider to be responsive and always taking time to listen to me as a patient. Referrals are done quickly. Communication using the patient portal is very efficient.

Been going to see Amber Renn for 2 years now. She is awesome Always listens and tries to help. Never have an issue with prescription refills. (of course I don't wait till I run out) then blame them when I can't get my meds. Ladies behind the counter are always very nice and helpful. A+ service Highly recommend going to see Amber Renn
