Tri-City Movers did an excellent job packing and moving my second-floor apartment. From the moment I contacted them until they put the last item in my new place, the service exceeded my expectations.

I initially contacted Tri City Movers for packing and moving services to be completed at the beginning of the month. The person who answered the phone was very professional, asked detailed questions to understand the job thoroughly, and presented a fair quote. When I hung up the call, I received a follow-up email with a summary of the phone conversation and a price quote. I was impressed!

When I needed to change my move-out date, the company was very accommodating. On the day of the move, they explained more workers would be required based on the amount of work they could see was needed. They explained how that would impact my estimate and why I agreed, as I had not been as knowledgeable about boxing up items and what was required to be boxed to protect them.

The workers packed and wrapped everything well, taking care not to scuff walls or damage much of anything. They wore masks at my request, and even though the day went much longer than was expected, they worked just as hard at hour one as they did in the last hour. I would recommend Tri City Movers to any one or any company. The owner is a great human being, who contacted me to ensure the move was going well; when he heard there was some delay, he stepped in to ensure things went well.

Andrew and Clay were so professional and kind! They showed up to their appointment on time and eager to assist. They went above and beyond to help protect my belongings. And although it wasn't much, they were respectful of my items. Would definitely recommend them!

Just got moved by Tri city movers, from Kernersville to Wilmington. John and his Crew did a great job, they arrived early and worked hard on one of the hottest days of the year. They loaded our house on two trucks in good time, they were polite and went that extra mile to make sure everything was packed well and safe. They had me follow up when they completed the upstairs to make sure nothing was missed and same for the downstairs. Our plan was to have them drop the first part of the load at our new apartment and then the remainder at storage for when we move to a house in a few months. This required them loading the trucks in the proper order to make unloading go smoothly. They managed this well.

They made the run to Wilmington and offloaded at our temporary apartment and the rest at a storage unit nearby (maybe 40%/60% split). They had us done by approximately 5:30, which was great, we had originally thought 2 days, but they did it in one.

They were always friendly and even helped me unload some things I transported in my car. Very polite and they even thanked us for letting them move us.

The price was right in line or below the other quotes we got and the service was top notch. I Highly recommend them!

Tri City Movers were excellent! My crew was extremely quick and efficient. They disassembled and reassembled two bed frames and a dresser and still got the whole job loaded in less than 2 hours and unloaded even faster. They were friendly and courteous. All of my belongings arrived in perfect condition including several musical instruments. I highly recommend Tri City Movers!

These guys were awesome! We gave them less than a week’s notice and they took it on without a problem. They arrived right on time and zipped through moving our 3rd floor apartment to a home in just over 3 hours. Took care of everything we owned and went the extra step to ensure it ended up in the right place at the new house. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a move.

Every aspect of the move with this company was extraordinary. Blessed to have Alphonso, Gary, and Chris show up. They were extremely efficient, worked quickly and carefully. They wrapped the furniture and were cautious about taking care of the furniture. They were pleasant to work with. Even though the move was to a third floor apartment, they never complained. Price was far below the competitors and the interaction with Cassandra was effortless and pleasant. Payment was handled quickly and they accept credit cards. The Best Movers in Town! - I want to shout HALLELUJAH from the mountain tops on how EXCELLENT Tri-City Movers, located in Greensboro, NC, was in assisting me with moving my elderly mom and all her accumulated belongings from one NC apartment building to an entirely different NC apartment location. My mom scheduled a prior moving option but it fell apart at the last minute and all hope was lost for a timely move, but my Google search while I live several states away from my mom landed me with calling Tri-City Movers at a very short notice. You ensured appropriate packaging/wrapping, moving/handling, and careful placement of my mom’s belongings. Your expertise made for a smooth move and mom said this is the happiest move she ever had in her entire life. Trust me when I say that my mom is an expert at knowing what makes for a great moving company since she has moved from many different states and many different times throughout her life.

This is to also show when something works well, people need to be quick to write a compliment since the world has too many people who are quick to find negativity and write a complaint. These guys are awesome. I called them at 9 PM on a Monday night and they were there at 8 AM the next morning. In less than an hour they had the Uhaul unloaded. Our apartment is on the 3rd floor and they made it look easy. Very professional and priced fairly. Highly Recommend.

They were responsive and got me scheduled right away. The guys that came were polite, respectful and worked hard the entire time. They were careful with my things and the price was just as I was told. No hidden fees and they even prorated since they finished early. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend them.

We had several quotes to consider for a long distance move from NC to CT and chose Tri City Movers based upon their customer service and I am extremely happy we did! From the first moment I called and spoke to Cassandra for my quote until the moment the truck drove away after delivering our belongings in CT I was more than 100% satisfied. Cassandra was very friendly and patiently answered all of my questions before promptly providing a fair and reasonable quote. Cassandra 'sold' the company by telling me all about all of the services they offered, and they were true to her word. They expertly disassembled furniture pieces in NC and put them back together properly in CT. They wrapped all of our furniture and pictures in either plastic wrap or moving blankets as applicable. Our belongings were the only items shipped in the truck and it was in CT less than 24 hours after packing it up in NC. The crew was amazing! Professional, polite and very hard working! They cared for our belongings as if they were their own! Everything was dropped off in perfect condition! Every single contact I had with anyone at Tri Cty Movers was a positive experience!

These guys were completely professionals. They were on the job the as soon as they hit the driveway. It was the easiest move I have ever experienced. Not only did they take care of my possessions, they took care of me! They could see I was having pain in my knee and hip. After all the furniture was moved, they went beyond expectations by making sure I was safely up the steps and comfortable before they left the property. Polite, professional, respectful, and the best prices around. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends!

We had a large number of items that needed to be moved for an event. The gentlemen that came out to move us were professional, fast, pleasant, and accommodating. We had a couple of items that were a bit tricky and they were great problem solvers. I would definitely use them again!
