Recently bought a pair of shoes and ordered a size too small. The exchange process was easier then I imagined and the replacement pair arrived in a matter of days. The entire process was superb and the shoes fit great and some of the most comfortable outerwear I've ever owned.

Been a fan of Duluth since before it was known... for the most part, every time i get something, I tell myself I should've gotten two or even three... please don't change the quality of your stuff... it is the main reason that I am a dedicated patron... that and functional design... and both matter. I've seen it happen with Patagonia and others some show makers... like Wolky, for instance... they downgraded the quality, and with the decline in quality and I no longer buy it.

We shopped here Saturday for the first time. I can not say enough good about our experience! The best customer service I've had in years and Mike helped us get the perfect fit for my husband. Thanks Duluth Trading. You're definitely our new favorite store!!!

Great quality, good sales when you shop at the right time, my Duluth pants are just about indestructible and got them on sale for a great price. Regular price items can get a bit expensive but the quality aligns with the price point.

Website was easy to navigate. Great quality Apparel. Only had one issue but customer service is hopefully working on it.

Staff here are just beyond amazing & helpful! Had trouble finding my size on a few items & they we're able to find what I needed & also did an order for me. The prices can be pretty high on some items but they have many sales at times & the quality is just great, you can look nice, be comfy while also being active.

Duluth trading in Greensboro, NC is a great place to buy the guys in my family the best Buck Naked underwear for Christmas! They keep my guys bottoms covered. Ha! Ha!

The quality of clothing is excellent. It’s what I wish every store contained. But you get what you pay for. They always have plenty of staff to help The relaxed men’s pants are stretchy where u need them to be. The colors do not fade. And the pants do not shrink when washed. They also have a wide selection of sizes in stock which is very nice when I have to drive almost an hour to get there.

Some of their clothes have shifted to light-weight or lesser quality. But firehouse and relaxed fit are always great.
