Jan’s made the casket flowers for my mother. Based on just our phone conversation she picked the prettiest flowers that were exactly what I wanted. I would recommend and look forward to using Jan’s again in the future.

I am beyond upset. 1 star is too much. I placed the order online 1 1/2 weeks ago. My best friend never got her birthday flowers. I call there two days later- no one answered the phone (during business hours of course). Left a message; no call back. Emailed twice. Nothing. So hurt that my best friend received nothing! I still have heard nothing from them.
