Nationwide Insurance: Chris Baughan

I've trusted Chris at Nationwide with all my insurance for at least 15 years and he has always been superb with everything. Whether it's Chris or Lisa, whenever I've had a claim or an issue, they take care of it and I've not ever had any problem. We've had all of our Auto, Home and Business, insurance with Chris and I can't recommend him highly enough. Not only do you get a real person you can get on the phone whenever you need it, the rates are better than the companies that advertise how much money they will save you. Chris, actually can and will save you money.

Excellent customer service. I can call anytime and am guaranteed that anyone who answers has the knowledge needed to help me make the best decision on policies according to my needs. They do not push you into policies you don't need just to make a sale. Chris Baughn Nationwide Insurance is a company with integrity, its as simple as that.

I was ready to leave Nationwide Insurance thinking that it is the WORST only to find out it wasn't the insurance company but the service I received at another office. I transferred to this office and couldn't be happier! Alicia (Lisa) Vaught is OUTSTANDING. Because of her we kept our Nationwide insurance. She always gets back in touch with you as quickly as possible and clearly answers your questions (not in insurance lingo) so you fully understand your policy and premiums. I would give her and this office 10 stars if it allowed. Don't change your insurance company, change your agent and come here if you can't leave a positive review like this one.
